“My family of 4 stayed for 6 nights in late March. The house was clean and well equipped with comfortable beds. There are many chairs, coolers, towels, snorkeling gear, and even some floaties available for use. The view is amazing, I could never tire of the view. The beach is a short walk down a couple flights of wooden stairs. The sand is fine, soft, white with pink mixed in. You can walk for miles and miles in either direction. We will be back!”

“The property was nice, quiet and peaceful. I truly enjoy the tranquility of the property. My only concern is the area gets dark if you’re alone but the island I extremely safe. I would book again with a few friends. ”

The host (Pascale) was great to work with and provided excellent recommendations for us to help us plan our stay and was quick to reply to any questions throughout. The housekeeper (Olga) was invaluable in allowing us to disconnect as she came daily to refresh the house and even lended a hand with our laundry. Thanks to the onsite generator, even with a spotty island power grid the AC stayed cold, the showers hot, and the TV on to...

Didn’t need the AC because the breeze and the fans were enough. The paddle board was nice to have and we used it several times. Great spot on the island. This was our third time in Eleuthera and our favorite spot. Can’t beat Ten Bay.”

“Well located on the center of the island, 8 min walk to a quiet beach. Super clean apartment, friendly owner. We appreciated the beach chairs we could take along with us. The only disappointment is that we thought from the listing the large balcony facing the ocean would be private and adjacent to our unit, but it is the owner's balcony which we could access. No direct ocean view from our apartment.”

“The house was very well appointed and well thought out design on a beautiful oceanside with excellent snorkeling right out front. The check-in process could not have been better. We were met at the airport, brought to the ferry, picked up right away by the property manager with golf cart waiting and brought to the home with no delay. Checkout was just as smooth. The islands of Russell and Spanish wells were stunning and we cannot wait to come back!”

“We had a very nice and the weather was great. Sea Sea Villa had everything a person could need in a home in Spanish Wells. Sherwin was great from the start to the end. Taking care of minor problems quickly. The location to the beach was very convenient. I only wish we would have had a better way to get the kayak to the beach.”

“The water was beautiful and we really enjoyed the beach at rainbow bay. It’s challenging to get around the settlements because there are very few street signs or signage on businesses. Don’t be afraid to ask around for what you what. We found it to be the easiest.”
