“We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch, paddling around the lakes, watching wildlife, cooking, and playing ping pong. Would recommend. Just a note (which was also noted in the listing so it wasn’t a surprise) but even in early season we found a number of ticks so just be careful and check yourself. We still had a wonderful time and everyone commented on how great the house was.”

“If I can say anything about our stay is that the property manager was extremely quick to respond and jumped on any concerns we may have had. There was a slight hiccup with booking last minute and the cleaning schedule, however it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The house is beautiful and was large enough for the 10 person occupancy. Overall it ended up being a good trip, even if it was due to a funeral.”

No overhead, one didn't work, other 2 very low wattage bulbs. At least 2 probably a fire hazard. TV has been discussed with owner. Great place with a few upgrades needed ~!~!~!”

“This house has so much character and was a perfect venue for a weekend retreat. We enjoyed the individuality of each bedroom and each space. There are things to explore and look at in every nook and cranny of this place! Communicating with Evolve was a hassle, but communication with the actual host was good once we had his contact information. Also, the location close to downtown Jackson, allowed for a walk down to see the Bright Side murals. We also realized it is not far from the best donut...
