“Made a mistake booking this place. Place was not ready until 10pm when checkin was supposed to be 4pm. Even after late checkin, the place was still horrible, dirty (floors and bedsheets) and stinky (wreaks of cigarette or drug odor). Host had leftover junk cars in driveway and yard - barely room to park vehicle. Had animals (peacocks) making outside noises all night. The host was not responsive or accomodating at all. Almost as if this is their first time renting it out or dont give a damn about...

“One of the better rental houses my family has stayed in, and that bar is pretty high! My family for this trip consisted of a 21 month old, 3 four year olds, a seven year old, a teenager, and four adults. This unique property offered the bedding and space needed to very comfortable accommodate my group. The pool and backyard was a lot of fun, with the high door latch on the patio screen door being well out of reach of the 4 year olds, the pool was never a danger for us even without a fence....

“Booked this last minute for a much needed staycation with my wife, planned on using the spa and gym but when I realized it was walking distance to Vizcaya that was no brainer. Planned to grill or use the brick oven but when I realized Monty's was also walking distance (ubered back :) oysters and sunsets won! I pretty much just used the house as an oversized hotel room. “My friends and I had a very good experience at this property, but for the very high price, we expected more and were disappointed by a few elements. The kitchen was not at all properly stocked for a house that sleeps 10 - one pan, only 4 mugs, no cutting boards, etc. A nice sized kitchen, but bare cabinets so it was very difficult to cook. Also, there were no hand towels for bathrooms. The hot tub was broken when we checked in, but they did send someone to fix it our first night. Overall, a good...
