“We stayed in the garden apartment for 4 nights. Absolutely fantastic and ideal for a couple on a short break. Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay here and in the locale generally. Pauline and Anthony were great hosts, ensuring all we needed was there. A lovely location - 10 minute walk down to the Harbour and some great restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend a stay here if you’re in the area. ”

“Modern B&B in a history house. The room was large enough with a comfy bed, modern bathroom/shower, and a mini fridge available. Reasonable walking distance to the restaurants, waterfront in Torquay. ”

“A lovely welcome and beautiful room and spotlessly clean en-suite. Very spacious and light. The hosts were exceptional and had everything in place for a truly wonderful experience. The breakfast choices were excellent and cooked to perfection. The hotel is situated 10 mins from the beach, harbour, bus station, railway station (steam engines too) very convenient. We managed to visit Brixham and Torquay on the ‘every 10 min’ bus service. ”

“I contacted the property hosts before booking as I would be arriving late and they were very helpful and accommodating. I also received check in details over text so great to refer back to on arrival with a fried brain from a long drive. The room was clean and comfortable with sufficient tea and coffee everything I needed after such a long day. Thanks so much ☺️”

“Vi är en familj på tre som tillbringade en vecka hos det underbara värdparet, Mandy och Malcolm. Vi blev så varmt välkomnade och informerade om allt. Malcolm t o m släpade våra tunga väskor till rummet! Vi var supernöjda med vårt rum. Rent, fint och bra storlek. Jättefint badrum. Vi hade ingen havsutsikt utan mot deras fina bakgård där deras söta hundar låg och vilade. Frukosten var helt fantastisk och servicen likaså. Om vi kommer tillbaka till Paington så är det utan tvekan här vi vill bo!”
