TLDR: Unfortunately a little run down. We stayed at a double bed unit with ensuite. The unit was well equipped and we weren't missing a thing. Some maintenance wouldn't hurt.

We stayed in the self contained, ensuite unit style accommodation, which where clean comfortable and spacious. Linen was clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, the park is a little dated but for what we paid - in my opinion was good value.

The park is nice enough but as others reviewed there are are a few things that let it down. The first thing we dealt with was the smell of the toilet / bathroom water . The park has tried their best to mask it but it's a blend between chemical and rotten eggs. Second was the bed it is average at best maybe just due for an upgrade. The final problem we had was the fridge. It froze half of our produce we bought on the first day , so our milk was not useable for coffee and our strawberries we're frozen solid. I googled the fridge brand to double check which way to turn the dial and when i went to turn it fell off . I'm guessing this has been an issue before as the dial was placed back on to make it look like it wasn't broken . The cabin was clean enough and the park was fairly quiet. Its not the most modern but it did the job for the week . Its sort of on the out skirts of esperance but still within 10 minutes of the esplanade so its not bad. We enjoyed our stay as we're not overly fussed people . I'm sure with time the new owners will get on top of everything and it will only get better

The cabin was lovely, with everything needed. Great value and the staff were flexible when we needed help. Highly recommended. Beautiful setting around the cabin. Good heating, water temp and pressure. Everything worked ie appliances and stove.

Stayed in a cabin for one night - did the job perfectly and was pleased parking was offered on site. Room was clean and smelt great. Only downfall was there was no hand soap or bath mat in the bathroom. Other than that, very positive experience.

The water from the tap is smelly and murky. Not really good for cooking or drinking. The room are just for 2 persons or 4 persons per Apt. We paid 11 persons for the 2 Appts which is really uncomfortable and unrelaxing for the rest of the group.

Location was great, there was a well maintained pool and it was a very nice park in general. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin which had everything We needed and more! The only things we didn’t like was that for the 3 night we were there, we couldn’t shower. The pressure was horrendous and one minute the water would be freezing, the next thing we were being scalded! The toilet was in bad condition and really stunk the place out, as well as not flushing properly.

The property is old and dated and for the price point, expectations were higher of cabins, and communal areas in terms of cleanliness and maintenance of both facilities and gardens.

Toilet and shower where extremely dirty and didn’t work properly. The toilet barely flushed and the shower leaked as well as not being able to mainline a constant temperature. The room was dirty like it had not been cleaned and there was no spare towels, toilet paper or bin bags as we stayed for almost a week. No cleaning service or turn down, Also spiders throughout the whole cabin! Constant worry for children

So sorry you had this experience at our park. No one should have to stay in a cabin in this condition. Unfortunately because you left an anonymous review we can't find out which cabin you stayed in and fix these problems. If possible, could you head to the Acclaim Holiday Parks website, head to the contact page and let us know where you stayed?
