Easy checkin with friendly staff. Nice gym for only 5£ extra. Walking distance to shopping and train station with 20min ride to London.

Bra i grunden men lite slitet och halvdan mat.
Ganska slitet numera med lösa krokar, duschvred mm men i grunden ett fint hotell. Maten var tyvärr en besvikelse för några i vårt sällskap.

Ett hemtrevligt hotell att trivas på.
Ett hotell med en "välkommen hem" känsla, där man lyckats få lobbyn, gymmet, restaurangen och baren att vara en väldigt levande del med både hotellgäster och lokalbefolkningen. Så man har verkligen inte tråkigt när man är där. Tyvärr så var inte kuddarna bekväma alls, jag bad att få dem utbytta andra natten, vilket tog lite tid - de var bättre, men inte riktigt som jag hade hoppats på. Duschen fungerade hyfsat, men kunde nog behöva en liten renovering - så att inte duschvattnet sprutar åt alla håll. Restaurangen är som sagt trevlig, med en tilltalande meny som på pappret borde passa de flesta. Men kvaliteten och smaken på maten var inte så bra. Dock var personalen i baren och restaurangen helt fantastisk, trots den låga snittåldern, så var det service och intresse för kunden i absolut världsklass.

Mycket bra gym.
Om man är intresserad av att träna under sin vistelse är det svårt att hitta ett hotell som har ett gym av den här kalibern som en del av hotellutbudet.

Good overall service
Complete service offering. Neat, clean and quiet rooms. Sports bar, Starbucks and a gym in the hotel. Dining restaurant staff a bit reluctant but overall impression of the hotel definitely above average.

Bra hotell med bra utbud av fitness, restaurang och aktiviteter. Dålig service när det kommer till flexibilitet med frukosttider. Hotell vid flygplatser med många gäster som tvingas checka ut tidigt bör erbjuda tidigare frukost.

Business hotel
It's a great business hotel with a location to companies like Blue Coat and RedHat that's awesome. It's a 3 star hotel but it's better than most 4 star I've been to. Cons .. Well it's not their fault but there's nothing except the hotel to see.

Fanns allt för en mycket bra vistelse. Bodde på UpperDeck och kan verkligen rekommendera det. Fantastiskt vänlig och serviceminded personal, free Wi-Fi, gym, pool och restaurangen Victory Chop House serverade mycket god mat. Stilren inredning, mycket rent och bekvämlighet i rummet var väldigt hög. Nästa gång jag åker till området kommer jag bo där igen.

The tap was not working properly so it did not fully twist . I could not get hot water for a shower or bath due to this. Also , was then woken up at 9am to banging on the door and then maintenance man trying to let himself in my hotel room . Very scary and unprofessional.

Lovely room, very comfortable and quiet. Even though football was on in the bar, a Saturday night and us being on the first floor couldn’t hear anything. Very clean throughout and helpful staff. Thank you!

Comfortable, mid-price hotel. Imaginatively and nicely decorated. Very efficient self-check in system with staff on hand to assist if needed. Very quiet at night and comfortable room. Would certainly select it again.

Nice hotel,area not so much
Very nice hotel,everything great,only little thing is bar shuts a tad early .Hotel on a trading estate so a long walk(no fun in the cold) to any other places to eat and drink.
