Good and beautiful nature around the hotel
The room needed updating. The distance from the room to the dining hall was long and boring. The food was excellent. The entertainment inside the hotel was good. I give an overall score of 7.

We arrived and were quite aggressively upsold our room. which they ended up giving to us for the same price anyway. All because it had a jacuzzi on the balcony that we didn't want. Seems like they didn't have the room we had booked available so they tried to get us to pay more money rather than upgrading. Not a great look for new arrivals!

Resort for Families with Kids
Mets well on all expectations of an all inclusive resort. The resort itself does show its age specially in the rooms, however the services, activities, food etc are kept upto standard of the Liberty brand. Location is quite well as just a bit of oludeniz but still accessible easily. Defintely targeted towards family with kids so I would not suggest it for those who are looking for peace and quiet.

Noise pollution. Pretty standard in Turkey, uncontrolled volume. At the cafeteria/beach bar loud music all day including the morning hours. Just went down with a little hangover, it was impossible to enjoy my coffee. However the biggest problem is the open air nightmare/night club. Even though my room was at the end of the hotel, extra loud bass wouldn’t let me sleep both nights I was there (bass is cranked up so loud it’s everywhere in this hotel). When I went down to warn them, I thought the tall moron in charge of the music was gonna beat me up. It’s a shame, I’ll never go back.

Nice stay at lovely hotel
Good all inclusive hotel. Food decent, friendly staff and nice facilities, although no need for 15 tennis courts. Quite a big area so had to walk a bit but on-site bus is handy. Stoney pebble beach is not comfortable for feet but good for snorkeling.

Отель в целом понравился. Самые большие плюсы это питание (очень разнообразное и качественное) и шоу в амфитеатре просто замечательные (первый отель в котором хотелось ходить в амфитеатр), хотя отдыхали в отелях более высокого уровня и ценовой категории. Море хорошее, чистое, красивого бирюзового цвета. Девушки бармены делают очень хорошие коктейли в баре. Персонал вежливый. При выезде, дочь забыла дорогую сумку в шкафу. Когда обнаружили это, звонили и писали в отель, но там ничего не нашли. Это был единственный момент, который очень расстроил.

Début compliqué mais finalement bon séjour en fali
Une première nuit difficile dans une chambre avec climatisation défectueuse et odeur de moisie. Nous avons du changer de chambre à 1h du matin pour une chambre avec climatisation mais toujours une odeur désagréable. Le lendemain nous avons de nouveau changé de chambre, cette fois-ci c’était la bonne. Le reste du séjour s’est très bien passé, piscine et plage au top, restauration bonne et variée. Environnement idéal pour les enfants, dommage que l’espace toboggan étais fermé. Dommage qu’il ne nous ai pas proposé un surclassement après les péripéties du début :)

Bu otelde daha öncesindeki konaklamalarımı göz önüne alarak tekrar gittim ancak sezon sonu olduğundan dolayı rezalet şekilde geçirdim. Ödeme alınırken standart fiyatlar uygulanıyor ancak konaklama süresince bir çok olanaktan faydalanamıyorsunuz. En azından bu şartlar altında fiyatlarda iyileştirilme yapılabilir. Paranızın karşılığını alamıyorsunuz. Örneğin çocuk cennetinin yanındaki restoran kapalı, kahvaltılarımızı kasıtlı çeşitler ve küçük bir alanda yaptık. Akşam yemekleri de aynı şekildeydi ve bir önceki günün yemekleri denk geldi. Zaten oda ile yemek bölümü arasında uzun bir yürüme mesafesi var. Sezon sonuna doğru kesinlikle gitmeyin. Oda temizliği fena değildi ancak banyoda su birikiyor Deniz manzaralı odada rutubet kokusu vardı

Perfect beach. It was amazing. Staff is super helpful and nice. Excellent child care and activities. Good food. Super helpful guest relation desk. Room service was not super good but it was still okay. Some staff can only speak Russian(no English, no Turkish), it was kinda awkward, not helpful at all. Bartenders can’t meet the world wide standards, they are very nice but can’t even make Margaritas or Mojitos appropriately. We overall like it. Strongly recommend this place. Especially for families with kids age between 5-12.

The air conditioner was too loud and not working properly, the beach is full of rocks and sea very wavy, hard to get in and out. Level of food far better than last years. Quite crowded, need to get up early and arrange places before going to breakfast. Children’s paradise is excellent place for kids. Overall very good all inclusive hotel at very reasonable price.

There were a lot of facilities and if you are into buffets it was a very professional set up and the food was good. If you have difficulties walking it is very hard to get around because it such a massive operation you have to walk a long way to get to everything. The rooms were clean and the only disappointing experience was check in when the lady gave us 1 room not 2 and did not explain anything and handed me an information sheet in a language I didn't know. Otherwise the staff were friendly, accomodating and professional.
