“Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec un couple d'amis. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Tout se fait à pieds à 5 min du port de plaisance et 10 minutes de la plage et des commerces et des restaurants. Magnifique et grande piscine très appréciable avec cette chaleur. Climatisation très fonctionnelle. Aménagement de la maison conforme au descriptif, spacieuse et fonctionnelle . Très bon accueil de Bernard et Nicole. Nous y reviendrons surement.”

“The pool and the view correspond well to the photos, and are both very nice. Parking was easy even on a weekend in August. The ants are always around. Keeping food away helped against being inundated, but they were always around in the kitchen and we saw some everywhere else in the house too. We were 7 and slept comfortably, but note that there's only one bathroom.”

“This is a dream-like property and villa. The views are unparalleled. There are unobstructed views of the Meditterranean from upstairs. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, equipment, utensils etc. It is very quiet during the day and at night. At night, we could hear the the surf. The Granmontane is cooling and refreshing. It is safe area. It is possible to talk to the town core by foot - 600 meters. If you seek a retreat with breathtaking views, lots of room, a private salt water pool and...

“This is our 2nd year renting this property and it is always amazing. This property is situated up on a hill overlooking Roses Bay. Beautiful views, near Cami de Rhonda and beach, 15 min to city center, close to many restaurants (walking). Large rooms, clean. Lots of stairs so not appropriate for small kids or physically challenged; although there is an elevator. Kitchen could be improved in terms of utensils and gear, dishwasher was a bit wonky (not secured to the counter so kept coming out)....

“Huset är mycket charmigt med öppna ytor och också möjlighet att sitta på olika platser runt huset. Ungdomarna och barnen uppskattade även den stora poolen i området. Omgivningarna är fantastiskt vackra, även om hettan gjorde att vi inte kunde undersöka dem så noga.”

“Alles war ok, außer Küche. Bei essen Vorbereitung ist ständig Stromsicherung rausgesprungen, Spülmaschine könnte nicht spülgang beenden. Müsste Geschirr mit Hand spülen. Ansonsten haben wir unser Aufenthalt genossen.”

“Bei dieser Objekt war alles stimmig: Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, ein später Check-In war kein Problem, die Bilder und die Realität waren identisch und ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ist innen modern und schön übersichtlich. Für unsere Familie mit Teenagern war es perfekt. Alle Geschäfte sind in der Nähe und zu schönen Stränden nicht allzu weit. Alles in allem so, dass man gerne wiederkommen würde.”

“L‘Escala ist wunderschön und mit Familie und Hund auf alle Fälle lohnenswert. Das Ferienhaus hat eine super Lage man hat alles in der Nähe und kann es auch zu Fuß erreichen. Die Sauberkeit war nicht nach unserem Standard, aber wir hatten trotz allem einen herrlichen Urlaub”

“Nice view from the villa. Well equipped kitchen and house e.g. spices, olive oil and candles that we used outside in the evening. Air condition was nice to have. The beds need to be replaced. Overall a very nice villa and L’Escala was a positive experience with many things to see, many restaurants. The closest beach was a very beautiful sand beach.”
