“We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is laid out nicely and it’s very easy to get around. In regards to location, you can’t get any more central to all - stores, restaurants, and snorkelling. They are updating their pool/bar area which is slotted for September - Dec ‘24 which should help keep it in line with the newer resorts.”

“Ms. Rhonda was very sweet and helpful. She gave us a tour around the property and answered any questions we had. Our room was on the pool level so we were able to see the ocean directly across the street from the property. The view there was amazing. They also have a breakfast spot that serves breakfast all day until 9 pm, the omelette was great. They also have a restaurant and bar called Simone’s and a spa. I will definitely stay here again ”

The oceanfront 2 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. “New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

“The resort is on the far side of the island but absolutely worth the drive. The beach is beautiful and the property is very well kept. The pool was great in the evenings before finishing the night by stargazing in the beach. Unit was spacious and clean and host was very responsive. I recommend swimming out to the buoy to snorkel the coral reef!”

“My husband and I stayed here for a week celebrating our 30th Anniversary. It was a beautiful spot with a gorgeous view of Grace Bay. We were able to purchase a few groceries at the market and the room had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast everyday to enjoy out on our deck. There was also a cooler bag in the room which we used to pack our snacks for the day as we explored the island. The view on the deck was spectacular! “I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. On top of that , the daily rate presented is misleading ,...
