Fantastic stay!
Beautiful villa with garden! Excellent service with wonderful staff. Very nice restaurant and a superiour breakfast selection. We would love to return anytime!

Villa Agape is great!
I can really recommend Art Hotel Villa Agape, we had a great time there. Beautiful garden, good rooms, great breakfast. We will visit again.

Extremely beautiful but a bit noisy rooms
We had a great stay at Villa Agape. What makes this a 4 and not a 5 is three things. They could have re-filled the breakfast a bit better, specifically the water (which is like the easiest thing to make sure it is always available). The doors need some oil. They made a lot of noise when opening and closing. The rooms and doors were not well isolated for sound. In the mornings when other guests started to move around you could hear a lot of noise from outside the room.

Beautiful hotel in the hills overlooking Florence
Amazingly beautiful hotel with great staff to accomodate any need. Perfectly located close to Florence but without being crammed in with all other tourists. The garden is lovely and watching the sunset from the patio was glorious. The rooms are incredibly spatious and beautiful. Our AC made some noise but otherwife everything was truly 10 out of 10! Reasonable price too!

Ett oerhört trevligt, avslappnat hotell med hög servicenivå. Shuttlebuss servicen fungerade väldigt bra vilket underlättade turistandet i Florens och gjorde att vi inte saknade ett mer centralt läge. Omgivningarna och den egna parkliknande trädgården är fantastiskt vacker. Bra frukost och fina rum med bra komfort.

Beautiful hotel guiet, fantastic gardens, a view.
Very nice hotel guiet just outside Florence, a nicewalk to the town, also a bus shuttle from hotel and back, great breakfast , lovely personal, highly recommend it.

Underbar frukost i trädgården
Hotellet ligger lite utanför Florens centrum, ca 20 min promenad. Mycket backig men vacker promenad. Hotellet har shuttle bus som regelbundet kör ner till centrum. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Villan ligger super vackert med en slottsliknande trädgård. Frukosten är bra och håller en normal standard för att vara i Italien. Det bästa med vistelsen var att äta frukost i trädgården - underbart!

The customer service was superb. They made us drinks and deserts after the restaurant closed. And without asking them, they brought a cake out to breakfast for my sons birthday! Wow...just incredibly thoughtful staff!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and property with 5 star service. The breakfast bar was incredible with many options. We loved the pancake machine and coffee machine, fresh fruit and pastries. The shuttle is so convenient in getting to the city center. We felt like rock stars with VIP treatment. Also packed a breakfast for our early flight home. They arranged taxi's and tickets for us. Gave us great advice and recommendations. Book this hotel!

This was such a beautiful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa! The staff was wonderful and we never had an issue finding someone to accommodate our needs. A breakfast buffet was included with our stay and was delicious. We were a big fan of the espresso machine! We returned each day to our room appropriately cleaned, new linens, fresh towels and trash removed. The property was stunning, both inside the villa and the outside grounds. The shuttle service was very convenient but take note that it takes a break from 1300-1600 and stops at 2000, so we had to take a taxi back each night and it was around €30 each time if you are coming from the center. However, the hotel made it definitely worth it! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The property and grounds are pretty - but didn't get a chance to explore them much while we were there. The room had a lovely view, but was small and the layout was odd. I had higher hopes due to pictures I saw online and reviews I read. Staff was nice. The breakfast was not that impressive. There's a shuttle offered but we did not use it due to the limited timing and location that it dropped you at - didn't seem that helpful for where we wanted to go.

Would highly recommend this unique Italian hotel. The daily breakfast was delicious, the rooms were cozy, comfy and quaint. Staff was incredible and for our first time visiting Italy (Florence area) I would stay here again in a heart beat!!

Very kind staff, very comfort room. The hotel is little bit far away from the center of the city, but you don’t have to worry about that because you can use shuttle service during 9:00-13:00 and 16:00-20:00 for free. I’ll come back the hotel again.
