En ny upplevelse av hur man kan bo i Florens
Läget var inte optimalt med tanke på att sitta på takterrassen, då det är en hårt trafikerad gata utanför som hör tydligt. För övrigt var läget bra. Lätt att promenera runt i centrala Florens. En mycket trevlig saluhall ett par kvarter bort, där man kunde handla råvaror att tillaga i det lilla köket i lägenheten. Lägenheten mycket fräsch och ljus. Bra AC. Sköna sängar. Rymligt dusch och badrum. En liten detalj var att garderoben var så hög att man knappt nådde upp till hängarna. När man kommer med bil är det mycket smidigt att parkera i hotellets garage. Kostnaden ligger på samma nivå som parkeringar i övrigt i Florens. Positivt var också fri tillgång till drickbart vatten både naturellt och kolsyrat. Mycket bra pool i källarvåningen med SPA och bastu. Städningen var bra. En sak att tänka på är att köpa toalett papper då detta inte fylls på när man bor där flera nätter.

We were pleasantly surprised of how walkable distance from everything the hotel was. The free access to the spa was a great perk at the end of a full day of visiting. The parking was secured and easy to access.

Clean and comfortable room, it is awesome with parking (extra 25 euro daily), coin washing machine and dryer (3 euro per machine). They have spa and massage service onsite as well, I really enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay at forte16. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Kept our bags safe and secure until the room was ready. The spa was amazing. We did the private session with a bottle of Prosecco, and we loved it. We did have a leaky air unit, but the front desk discounted our spa session as compensation, which was really nice. Location wasn’t super great. Not a lot in immediate walking distance, and fairly far away from the main Florence attractions. About a mile walk until you start getting to the good stuff.

Excellent hotel
Few hotels reach near perfection and this is one of them. A combination of friendly and attentive staff (any small issues are addressed immediately), a really nice property (including pool), comfortable rooms and reasonable rates. City centre 10-15 minute walk and easily reached by public or private transport. The hotel is on a busy road but sound insulation is excellent. The beds are firm but comfortable. Highly recommended.

This was our first visit in Italy. I picked this place based on location but the staff made our stay unforgettable. Sandy, Eda and Nico at reception and the wonderful lady at breakfast bar were really nice and pleasant. If you are planing to visit Florence, this is the place to stay. Close to attractions and very comfortable home away from home.

El cuarto y las instalaciones bien, la ubicación está bien si estás dispuesto a caminar 15 minutos al centro (que en mi caso es aceptable). Lo que no me gustó es que anuncian que hay alberca pero es todo un protocolo: hay que reservar, una hora máximo, a partir de las 6 pm ya no pueden ir los niños… Usar la alberca fue complicado y el protocolo fue molesto. Por otra parte, también tienen jacuzzi pero es costo adicional.

Lovely modern apartmenthotel
Lovely modern apartmenthotel. We liked the modern apartment -very clean, and no problems. The pool and roof terrace are great! We used the kitchen, which was useful. Convenient for walking to the sights. The reception was friendly, and helped with a taxi etc.

The valet parking and front desk staff were the highlights of our stay. Extremely convenient and helpful, they even already had our car ready for our checkout time without us needing to ask. It is a 20 minute walk to most places we wanted to see. One thing was we didn't find the bed comfortable, it was very hard but that may just be our personal preference. Overall a great stay, the rooftop patio has incredible views of Florence.

The customer extended his stay by one night, at the end of which he demanded not to pay, otherwise he would have given a bad review.Upon departure, the maid noticed that the duvet and mattress cover were missing from the room, and the room was completely dirty with feces, even on the pillows (we have photos). When we asked for it back he started shaking and stuttering (I think he was on drugs), so we gave him a 20% discount to keep him calm, but apparently this wasn't enough to stop him from putting the plan into practice his threat of a bad review. We have a very good review score, and I'm very disappointed to have it ruined by this kind of person.

Front Desk Staff is amazing!!! Everyone we worked with 5 different people all amazing! Can’t say enough how great the desk staff was. Make sure to use the 5th floor roof deck view is great! Staff could not be any more supportive and helpful. Apartments were great. Pool is nice but can get crowded, but staff made everything 10 times better!

love the pool, sauna and steam room. one of the few hotels with ice machine sparkling water dispenser. Stayed in large room with kitchen, Short walk to all attractions and dinning. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. provided helpful maps and directions and taxis. Air conditioner work very well and room was very well design great lighting and decor. Fabulous accommodations and gracious always available service. Loved the rooftop seating areas and spent several evenings sipping wine and looking out on the Duomo. Room was an apartment wit coffee machine, stove and utensils. We walked everywhere and enjoyed our visit.

Delightful in every way
This property was excellent from the time we checked in. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The apartments are large and have all the modern amenities of a five star hotel. Everything was SO clean and beautifully maintained with a kitchen equipped to make yourself at home easily. The beds are so comfortable and delicious you may miss Florence and just sleep. Don’t forget to enjoy the rooftop view where there’s plenty of relaxing seating space. Within walking distance you can see most of the city but don’t miss out on the great places in the fabulous neighborhood the hotel is in too. Thanks again to the wonderful reception staff, cleaning staff and spa attendants for making ours a wonderful visit.
