Anyway we can perceive that some aspects didn't meet your legitimate expectations and we apologize for that. Regarding sound proof we confirm that the Hotel follows all the standards and we apologize if by the time of your stay you could hear noises: we will work to improve this aspect. Having a not very friendly check-in is the aspect we regret the most, making feel our Guests very welcomed is our top priority and we are sorry if this was not your case.Regarding the sauna we can see that your reservation was for a smart room and not for the wellness, only rooms belonging to the wellness category has the sauna.
