Mycket trevligt hotell som ligger bara en stenkast från järnvägsstationen. Frukosten höll samma nivå som här i Sverige och personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummen var ljusa och välstädade. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Perfect Hotel for florence vacation
I am really impressed by this hotel. The room was nice and cozy. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. There was always free coffee/tea and snacks in the lobby. Location was excellent. 5 mins walk from the central station. All the major landmarks on walking distance. Perhaps the only thing lacking was the variety in breakfast. There were limited options for a vegeterian like me :) Overall, the experience was superb.

Good afternoon,We are sorry about the elevator but it was out of order for a big problem that we tried immediatly to solve , anyway we offered to all our guests help to brig the luggage also on the top floor ! Hotel Alba Palace

チェックイン時間より早く到着したので荷物を預かってもらったところ、鍵付きのロッカーで管理してくれて安心できた。 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーでいつも笑顔。特に良かったのは朝食が種類も豊富で美味しかったこと。温かいものはちゃんと温かく、ヨーグルトやパンもすぐに補充してくた。 残念なことに、部屋の壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の話し声が完全に聞き取れてしまった。お部屋は綺麗だが古さは感じる。 町歩きにはそれなりに便利な立地で静かなので、快適だったと思う。

Clean, safe, and convenient. Staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. Quiet at nights if you keep the window closed. Breakfast was good and the staff at the breakfast area are incredibly nice. Sad we missed the sign about free happy hour drink every day. Will definetly stay again. Grazie!

Posizione strategica, vicinissima alla stazione SMN e al centro (a Firenze la macchina non serve). Colazione molto variegata, sia salata sia dolce. Personale gentilissimo, camera adeguata (cassaforte, minifrigo, caffettiera e bollitore), hanno dei comodissimi armadi con serratura per lasciare i bagagli in deposito. Lo consiglio

Séjour parfait dans cet établissement. Propre et très bien localisé. Quartier calme. Mention spéciale a Christina pour l'accueil lors du petit dej qui a été excellent tout au long de notre séjour. Viennoiseries, fruits frais, oeuf, yahourt ....

So close to the train and to walk to the major sites in Florence. For happy hour, which was an amazing and. Nice surprise, but the person manning the bar was not happy. Someone should not be afraid to talk to guests and interact.

フィレンツェ旧市街にあるホテルでは、ゆったりと落ち着いた感じのお部屋と建物です。観光には便利です。ただ、長期滞在ではなく、1泊とか2泊であれば、とても有効に使えると思います。何をするにしても行動しやすいので、予約するには越したことない。

Very spacious, lots of room for the luggage’s and anything a traveler/family would need. The Balcony was a really nice bonus. The free happy hour and the breakfast included also made this stay more amazing. Really close to the Train station and most of the attractions. Overall, an excellent place for the price as well.

駅からも近く、同じ筋には有名なサンタマリアノヴェッラ薬局もあります。宿泊した部屋は1,2階に部屋があり、 アンティークな感じが本当に素敵でテンションあがりました。スタッフの方は感じよく、少し早い到着でしたが、笑顔で対応くださいました。朝食は、チーズやフルーツ、タルトなど種類も多く、見た目もおしゃれなビュッフェスタイルで美味しかったです。 また機会があれば利用したいと思うホテルです。

Very Tuscany in very way. We were tickled with the thought that the hotel represented Florence itself. It’s not an upscale hotel with modern amenities but it’s a hotel with personalized service and wonderful decorations representing Tuscany….

We really loved the unique design of the hotel with a loft bedroom for the kids and a huge jetted bath tub. The location is very close to the train station and walkable to all of the nearby museums, restaurants and shopping. Complimentary breakfast was also a nice amenity though our flight was early and we didn’t get to enjoy it. The only negative is the air conditioning didn’t keep the room as cool as it should. We woke up a little uncomfortable. Highly recommend overall.

We loved this hotel, it far exceeded our expectations. Our room was stunning, the hotel in general was beautiful, and the location was perfect (only 4 minutes walk to the train station, 10 minutes to the duomo or the bridges)

Great hotel in convenient location - easy walk to train, market and sites. Room was very cool - spiral stair to 2nd level for kiddos and brick dome ceiling! Such a great change from the normal hotel room box. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

When we checked out, they didn't let us pay the local tax with credit card, they told us it had to be with cash...that has never happened to us in another hotel.
