Fantastiskt
Otroligt fint hotell men fantastisk service ! Restaurangen var jättebra och goda viner och inte tala om utsikten. Hotellet ligger precis bredvid floden.

This was the perfect hotel for combining a relaxing resort vacation and exploring the city of Florence. We enjoyed the pool and the wonderful location near the river during the day and took the hotel shuttle bus to the city in the afternoon. The hotel building was beautiful, felt like a renaissance mansion and our room was wonderful.

Hotel Mulino di Firenze
This hotel is very nice and clean. A 10 minute drive outside of Florence, perfect if you want to relax at the pool some days, see the city some days. The staff is extremely helpful (especially the young lady, who's name we didn't catch).

Underbart hotell
Vi bodde på hotellet i två dagar och jag kan varmt rekommendera det. Fantastiskt härligt läge vid floden, lyxig känsla både invändigt och utvändigt samt ett poolområde som är underbart. Nära Florens och hotellets egna buss är en mycket bra service.

Romantiskt hotell
Allt var toppen! Hotellet, servicen, utsikten, utlån av cyklar, gratis buss till stan, spa med bastu, poolområde. Det enda vi kan "klaga" på var att poolen inte var uppvärmf och att maten på hotellet var rätt dyr. Hotellet låg några km från Florens men det gjorde inget eftersom det fanns cyklar att låna.

Härlig vistelse!
Fantastisk vistelse på ett bra hotell med hög standard trevlig personal i receptionen dock inte lika trevlig personal i restaurangen. Mycket bra frukost och bra möjlighet till att låna cykel och parkera bilen. Bra läge och vi är väldigt nöjda med utsikt över floden. Rent och fint överallt!

Romantiskt och lugnt
Vackert läge, underbart god mat i restaurangen med trevlig personal som hjälper till att hitta rätt vin. Deras kostnadsfria shuttle till staden hjälper dig mycket då taxi kunde bli lite dyrt. Fina, hela och rena rum med en romantiskt touch i inredning. Trevlig bar med rolig bartender som gillade att prata italiensk fotboll! Vi kommer definitivt att återvända hit fler gånger, alltså rekommenderar vi det varmt.

Charmig hotel som ligger lite off
Mycket fina och charmiga rum. Det var svårt att hitta till även om det ligger avlägset. Bra var att man fick låna cyklar och ta sig till stan, ca 5 kilometer. Frukosten var bra och sängarna var bekväma (inte för hårda). Bra att internet ingick.

Lugnt och tyst - bra läge med närhet till Florens
Fantastiskt bra hotell med toppenrestaurang. Vi satt ute och åt med utsikt över Arno-floden i solnedgången. Pool fanns till hands och solstolar. Lunch-restaurangen var också njutbar. Personalen var osedvanligt tjänstvilliga och hjälpsamma

Beautiful hotel! Very clean, beautiful grounds, kind and helpful staff. We loved our stay! It’s outside of the city a bit, but they offer a shuttle It’s in a less touristy area which is a bonus.

Positive: Liked the overall feel of the hotel due to the old world charm and the quality of the finishes and decor Mohammed who was at the concierge and was helpful courteous and a welcoming presence. Pleasantly surprised by the relaxing spa included in our stay as well as the pool lounge area which was a nice place to unwind after a day in Florence. The parking was included in price which was a positive as we arrived in a rental car (much needed at this location to see anything and to leave property for food and drinks) Negatives: •The street nearby the hotel is under construction so the Google map directions were incorrect. When we called for help the person gave no assistance really and didn’t seem to care what a problem it was finding the hotel. I wish they had emailed the proper directions and advance notice that this construction changed the access road to hotel. it seemed as tho the hotel was short staffed and the staff especially food and bar servers were overwhelmed and under trained. The service at the bar and dining room was basically non existent and we were turned away from dinner twice when we asked to dine at the hotel despite the indoor dining room Being completely empty both times. Seemed very odd The bar should have been an option but we were unable to get food at bar twice when we tried Totally disappointing… Need seating outdoors as the back courtyard had no chairs or seating options No service at pool - not a 4 star experience

This is a lovely and peaceful hotel situated right on the Arno. We had a beautiful room with direct access to a large stone terrace. I could have spent all day just watching the ducks, cormorants and herons fish. Staff was friendly and responsive. Because it is not in Florence proper, this might not be a good choice for those who wish to have the city at their fingertips, although the hotel does provide limited shuttle service to central Florence.

Dirty would be an understatement. From black mold in a bathtub, their “best room” facing their decrepit back patio, their food dry, overcooked, homeless men bathing in the Arno in front of the pool, spa features only to accommodate 1 person at a time, this hotel is a scam. Their staff are not at all focused on hospitality. When asked to call a cab, they forgot, having us miss our cooking class. In attempts to rectify our already tarnished experience, we were “upgraded” to a larger room, without air conditioning, and expected to move our own luggage at 1AM. This was a terrible experience 0 stars.

Let me start with the positive. The staff is beyond amazing. They are so accommodating and friendly. The views are spectacular, the decor, the smell of flowers as you walk through the hallways leaves you breathless. The food is atrocious unfortunately. The spaghetti was the only item tasty. The pricing for the quality is O!! There are over 100 phenomenal places to dine in the city of Florence. You will love everything!!! On our last night, we were woken up itching uncontrollably as mosquitoes flooded our bedroom. Yes, we are on the river and understand, however when we approached the front desk at 3 am, we were provided 2 plug in repellents. When I mentioned it to the manager in the morning, we were told we should have received at check out. We never knew nor received. Your choice to stay.

We were doing a few places in Italy but this property was what I was looking most forward to based on the website and all the other reviews. But upon arrival one thing after another kept disappointing. Firstly, as a 4 star I expected more from the front desk/ concierge. They didn’t seem to know their area when we tried to rent a car or scooter. We had to find places on our own that they didn’t even realize existed. The property seems close to Florence downtown when you Google search it, but in actuality you need a vehicle. There is very little walking distance, no public transportation and most disappointing the shuttle is only 3x in the morning and evening (before dinner time) and fills up quickly leaving you stranded to get a taxi which is expensive for a relatively short ride. The restaurant on site also fills up and they don’t direct you well to alternative restaurants that you can easily get to. Our first night although we were told the bar closed at 11, we couldn’t get a drink because it closed early before 9 for no reason. We were celebrating an anniversary so I emailed the property before hand to confirm the bed size wasn’t too small for two. Unfortunately it ended up being two twin beds stuck together so we had a hard hump and gap in the middle between us. The room was so small that one person had to climb over the other in bed to get to the bathroom. The bathrooms were pretty nice but somehow when I took a shower after midnight there was only cold water! Ugh!

Beautiful hotel, restaurant a bit disappointing
The Mulino is a beautiful hotel in a lovely, quiet location on the river Arno. Our room was comfortable and clean, with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were courteous and helpful (especially Marina on reception). We were a bit disappointed with the restaurant, as the evening menu is quite limited and did not change during the week we were there. Breakfast is very good, although there were few cooked options (except on request). There is only one other restaurant (rustic seafood style) within easy walking distance.

An Out-of-the-Way Lovely Hotel
The Hotel Mulino di Firenze was a wonderful, out-of-the-way hotel that had all the Tuscany pleasantries I imagined Italy would have. And it did. A county setting, a lack-adaisical river, distant hills of both olive trees and grapevine landscapes; a VERY cold pool (below a VERY hot sun), and the other guests seemed as happy as us just to hang out. The staff who spoke some English were very friendly and happily offered touring suggestions. This was a very quiet hotel and the breakfasts we had pre-ordered through Hotels.com were delicious. One thing: the pic with the slightly green water w/the fountain in the center? It was empty during our stay. Maybe they're repairing it. Still, I posted pics of what it looked like when we stayed. I had NO regrets in not staying in the city's center. It was SO busy there. Glad I could come back to my quite and lovely hotel, only a 15-20 minute taxi drive.

Relax on the River
I can't say enough about this hotel. The rooms were beyond my expectation with marble deco in the bathroom, a balcony, air conditioning, and so clean. It was difficult to leave. The views from the hotel are spectacular. The pool is beautiful and the staff were so helpful. The courtyard environment with the tables and fountain are charming. I would definetely return.

A localização foi excelente para nós, pois queríamos algo mais afastado e tranquilo, com piscina. Café da manhã excelente, contando com a simpatia do Sr. Salvatore. Lugar lindo e seguro. Cabe observar que o quarto que nos foi disponibilizado era totalmente diferente das fotos contidas no site hotel.com. Reclamamos mas não fomos atendidos. No primeiro momento ficamos bastante contrariados pelo quarto disponibilizado que tinha uma janela muito pequena e ralo do box entupido. O Sr. Omar se sensibilizou com as nossas demandas e se desdobrou para nos atender, porém sem sucesso. Os demais atendentes nos dispensaram atendimento de forma impessoal.

Espetacular!!!!
Hotel Excelente , muito confortável , café da manhã espetacular em ambiente dos mais agradáveis com vista p o rio Arno, excelente para quem viaja de carro ( estacionamento incluindo e com muitas vagas) . Localização fora da ZTL zone. Na baixa temporada não apresenta o ônibus de transporte p o centro da cidade ( 5-10min do hotel) entretanto o hotel paga o nosso táxi de ida e volta p o centro da cidade ) . Hotel simplesmente espetacular !!!! Parabéns Mulino Di Firenze!!!!!
