En pärla i Florens !
Detta hotell är en riktig pärla! Ligger bra till på mysig liten gata på lätt promenadavstånd från stationen. Jag hade ett fantastiskt dubbelrum med utsikt över tegeltak och en vacker takmålning i rummet. Härligt badrum med badkar. Bra frukost med jättetrevlig personal. Alla i personalen var förresten väldigt trevliga. Ett hotell med karaktär bara minuter från alla sevärdheter i Florens 10 min till flodpromenaden bland annat.

Bra placerat hotell när centralstationen
Mysigt hotel väldigt nära tågstationen i Florens. Jag och min son bodde här två nätter och det var en perfekt utgångspunkt för våra utflykter

Good location, nearby the train station (convenient with the suitcase), and few minutes walk as well from the central market! Stylish room as it has to be in Florence. I missed a window with outside view though, despite the nice style and size, if I come back I would make sure I don't get the same room so I get more light... Basic breakfast with nice staff and clean place. Good value for money in general.

Very nice location with only 5 minutes of walking to the cathedral. Lovely room with a large bathroom.

En fantastisk långweekend med bra boende, trevlig personal och ett perfekt läge. Vi genomförde även en vin och matresa med walkabout Florence En smak av Chianti med en fantastisk guide, Martina +++++ En fantastisk dag i Toscana +++++ Vi besökte lite olika sevärdheter och självklart härliga kaféer och restauranger, italiensk mat och vin äger!!!

WiFi and breakfast were great, plenty of beds for us and our kids, and we were able to walk to the train station. The tram is really close too if you need to get to or from the airport

Great value
Overall it was a good stay. The staff were not warm, but they're polite and do greet you when you come in/go. The room was in good condition, the tv can connect to netflix. The breakfast was great, and the lady who's looking after breakfast was very friendly too. It's almost comparable to some of the 4-star hotels we have stayed at. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was dark with no natural light. When we booked on Hotels.com it stated each stay came with s welcome bottle of wine. No one at the hotel seemed to know anything about that. The hotel description stated the hotel is located on a quiet pedestrian walkway. While we we there, we heard jack hammers right outside the hotel entrance. You could only walk single file along the “pedestrian walkway.” It was very noisy and not at all as described. Paying about 500 Euros for two nights was outrageous given the conditions.

Dear Sirs,we thank you for your feedback, as we explained, on your reservation there wasn't any complimentary bottle of wine, it's Hotel's.com that reports the "vip customer" and who has the right to have the complimentary bottle of wine at the arrival. Anyway, after your request, we gave you the bottle. The small double room look out onto internal courtyards and are therefore particularly quiet but a little less bright.At the moment there are some road works until the end of the year, we understand the discomforts but they don't depend to the hotel.We hope to see you again in Florence.Best Regards

Hôtel facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport via le tramway (moins de 30') et idéalement placé pour visiter la ville. Accueil très chaleureux et souriant de l'ensemble du personnel. Chambre (économique) spacieuse et propre avec pour seuls bémols le bruit des étages (excepté la nuit) et le manque de luminosité (une seule fenêtre donnant sur une petite cour intérieure). Nous avons néanmoins passé un très agréable séjour à Florence.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast was the best we had on our 4 week trip they had a good selection. As we took the highspeed rail to Florence it was a short walk to the hotel and then a short walk to the restaurants and other sights.

Very nice hotel and great location. Completely let down by the lack of hot water at 6:30am. Maybe not a problem for leisure guests but for business guests like myself, this is completely unacceptable when spending nearly 300euros for a night.

Quarto espaçoso e boa localização!
Ótimo custo-benefício. Ficamos no quarto quintuplo, super espaçoso. No banheiro havia tanto uma banheira quanto box com chuveiro, o que é otimo, pois acho pessimas essas bamheiras de hoteis na Europa. Otima localização, perto da estação de trem e centro. Bom atendimento!

駅から徒歩で5分位で、観光地も大体15分歩けばどこにでも行くことのできる立地でした。それでいてホテル周辺は静かでした。 トリプルルームに2泊しましたが、大人2人子供1人で過ごすには広さは充分で、バスタブもありお湯もしっかり出て何も問題がなかったです。唯一、ドライヤーがバスルーム固定だったため、誰かがバスルーム使用中はドライヤーを使えず不便でした。 朝食も価格を考えると大変満足でした。 ありがとうございました。

Allowed us to check in early. They also allowed us to leave our backpacks the day of checkout, so we could explore without having to carry them around. Everyone should stay here. 10/10 for sure.
