I think it is family owned and feels like a home more than a hotel! Location was good, bed was comfy, breakfast was also very good. There are some cats sometimes that come around, which can be positive or negative. just tell the people if you are allergic or dont want them around.

This is a great BnB! It has a beautiful garden outside. The rooms are clean, and the shared bathroom was also very very clean. The neighborhood is super cute, it is out of the super touristy area, and it's a beautiful walk to city center on the water. Breakfast was very good, so was the coffee. Would highly recommend.

It is a bit farther away from the main sights but in a very quiet and safe area. Bus station was pretty close. But loved our room, very clean and so cute! Irene was very responsive and helped us quickly, breakfast was very much appreciated! Loved our stay!

We were hesitant because we thought it might be far to walk but it was perfect. Spotlessly clean, much quieter than the other side of the river, and spacious, well-equipped room and good WiFi. The breakfast was excellent, in a lovely room with a pretty patio and garden out back. Two full bathrooms meant there was plenty of availability for all the guests. Very good price, too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and have already recommended it to a friend coming to Florence in April. It would be great for a larger family staying together. They could rent the entire place.

There are two flights of stairs, but manageable. Lovely decor and shared bath was not a problem. Easy walk to bus stop.The staff was very sweet and accommodating. We would love to return!

We had a great time, the staff was really helpful and caring! Also the breakfast was good and they had Al lot of options and a few milk options what we really did except. All in all, the staff gets 10/5 and the hotel 5/5.

시설은 괜찮지만, 공용 화장실인 점과 모기가 정말 정말 많다는 단점이 있습니다. 모기가 정. 말. 정. 말 많아요. 잡아도 잡아도 모기가 어디선가 또 나옵니다. 잠을 잘 못 잤어요. 평생 물릴 모기 다 물린 것 같아요. 조식도 맛있습니다.

Hello Hyun, I'm really sorry for the mosquito problem, if only you had told me during the stay I could have at least equipped the room with mosquito machines.As for the bathroom, it is clearly specified at the time of booking in the room choice, marked as a room with a shared bathroom. We also have rooms with private bathrooms.I'm glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay and the breakfast.Thak you for the review.

Great room that was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was easy to check in and out and Irene was quick to respond to any communication. Breakfast was excellent as well! Located in a neighborhood with more locals and a bit of a walk to the city center (we still did it with no troubles) but close to Piazzale Michelangelo. Would recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residenza Cecchi! The owner Irene is very welcoming and communicates very well to ensure everything goes smoothly for us. Our room was very clean. And one thing people need to know more is their amazing breakfast! The breakfast area is so nicely decorated and there is such a wide assortment to choose from. I also wanted to mention Irene went above and beyond for us to get a taxi on our last day. It was pouring so it was really hard to get a taxi, but she called two taxi companies on two phones and was on hold for almost 30 minutes! We so appreciated that. Would definitely come back next time we are in Florence!

Irene was a charming hostess. She made us feel at home very quickly at Residenza Cecchi. our room was spacious, quiet, very clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. Great comfortable spot

Wonderful. Beautifully restored home with love and care. Warm and inviting. Clean and so well cared for. Service was great, breakfast was over the top. I wish I could have stayed longer. i would defiantly stay there again, and will recommend to everyone. So worth it.
