Great place in many ways, it's deeply taken care of throughout every detail, which is nice. They seem to want to appeal to a very specific chic clientele, which personally I could have lived without but also gives a personal atmosphere that works well for them. The staff is very helpful and will do their best to take care of you. We did however have a huge problem with the heavy scented rooms. There is a heavy perfume that greets you even before entering, and then follows you in all the common rooms, as well as the kitchen and our room. Although it was nice at first, it quickly got old and it overpowered our stay. My bag still smells of this place a week later, and although we are not allergic, it really took the edge of the pleasure. We both agreed we prefer sleeping and eating without heavy scents that we haven't chosen, and although detail seem to be everything to this place, this was maybe a step too far. Even though the scent in itself is nice, I wanted to mention this to anyone traveling with allergies, since this place is really marinated in scented oils and an open window might not give enough of a relief. At least it didn't for us, and in retrospect it actually made us want to leave and breathe fresh air as fast as we could to get rid of the nausea. A small detail perhaps, but for us it sort of ruined the whole experience.
