Dear Guest, we thank you very much for your kind review of our hotel. We are happy that you’ve valued positively the experience by us, both in terms of products and quality of the service, our priorities. We are really sorry for the problems with wifi connection. During this weekend our provider Swisscom referred big troubles on their systems, therefore in order to guarantee internet access for the Guests of the hotel, a temporary open net without password needed to be used.
