Helt ok Engelsk standard. Borde kunnat få nya handdukar när man lämnat dom på golvet. Dyr frukost, så vi åt på grannhotellet istället som även bjöd på sagolik utsikt.

Good location and setting
Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous and calm setting! Good size room that was well looked after. Breakfast could be served with more variety and enthusiasm for the price charged. Did not try restaurant... If the management continues to focus on service, improve and renovate this could become the perfect place :-)

Helt ok för en natt
Skulle bara ha en natt att sova inför vidare resa med färja från Dover. Checkade in sent och ut tidigt och för en natt är det helt ok. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Rent o frächt bad. Sängen var dock i minsta laget för två personer. Hotellet ligger i ett lite finare område så det kändes tryggt att parkera på gatan. Ca 20-30min bilfärd till färjeläget i Dover.

Bra prisvärt hotell nära till Eurotunnel. Hittade dessutom en bra indisk restaurang på gång avstånd från hotellet.

Hotell i kulturbyggnad
Pampigt gammalt hus i rött tegel med stora, luftiga gemensamhetsytor. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Ca 80 meter till strandpromenaden med fin utsikt och knappt 2 km till den trivsamma hamnen.

Pleasant stay, one of the nicer hotels in Folkestone. Rooms seemed to be (recently?) renovated, bathroom's spacious, bedroom was a little on the smaller size and the bed itself felt like a small double. One of the cons of our stay was how unbearably hot it was in our bedroom. The thermostat on the radiator wouldn't turn off and there was no way to switch if off in the bathroom. We had to sleep the whole night with the windows and curtains wide open.

We only spent one night here but it was lovely apart from the shower let it down. It looked beautiful until your turned it on and then abig disappointment it was clearly broken 🙄.

Great stay as always! Huge advantage to have electric charges now in the parking area. Unfortunately this time a petro car was parked in one of the charging places. Perhaps a sign need to be placed to stop this for happening?

As you get at the hotel you are greeted by big ugly scaffolding, then you enter the property you noticed the look of an old shattered hotel from decades ago. Then you think this is classed as a 4* hotel????? How is this even possible? If you need to stay here just expect 1* only

Easy booking in and booking out and a very comfortable stay ,exceptionally clean ,sea view for a very competitive price for the time of year. Did note the bathroom extract fan was not operating which is a requirement as no opening window,but i noted the switch was isolated and required to be turned on which rectified it.

Lovely stay and staff
lovely hotel and staff Excellent room and evening meal Just us eating waitress and staff very friendly and good quality food. Breakfast was disappointing portion size for a full english would of complained if was full price and small mistake as our booked table was given away to a walk in non booking excuseable as staff were training but were put in the main dining room away from main eating area. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely book again at right price

Back again!
This is our favorite hotel in Folkestone, usually only an overnight before channel crossing. Great staff, nice peacefull rooms and location good for easy walk to town centre.

Peaceful, Pristine and Premium
Best Western Plus Burlington Hotel was a peaceful, pristine and premium place. The Staff was friendly and always willing to help. It was a much needed weekend away from our busy lifestyles.

Everything was ok except for a noise like a fan
I found it to be good but on sleeping at night there was a Humming noise like a fan running. I tried moving my Single bed around the room to get away from it but wasn't possible hence I did not sleep well

Lovely location
This hotel is located in a quiet and convenient area of Whitby. We have no problems accessing the hotel or finding free parking close by. Our room was on the third floor with deals of the coastline volume was large and clean. We were trampoline with a large breed dog and we had no issues while staying at this hotel with an on-site bar and restaurant.
