“Same staff members were amazing though: the buggy cart driver that took us from the bungalow to the parking with our luggage was genuinely showing interest in our stay. Also we did a hike to a nearby camel farm through the sand dunes, guided by the pool life guard. The hike through the dunes was really fun and the guide was great! It’s also worth pointing out that this activity was included in the all inclusive package which was a nice touch.”

“The whole property was gorgeous despite our stay being in the middle of the largest rainfall in recent memory. The roads were rough around the hotel and villas, but the staff adapted to make sure we got to where we wanted to go in minimum time. Our view from the villa was magnificent and the dunes walkable. " Had to wait 1 h for shuttlebus and it was quite uncleat where or when (or if) the shuttle bus should come. No signs, no information, nobody we asked knew. The room was good, quiet, clean.
