Hello Nadia:Thank your for taking the time to create the review.We have always warned our customers that parking at the Pelican and Ft. Lauderdale Beach is very limited. Parking can be quite expensive and that is why we warn against bringing a vehicle.The deposit of 150 is standard in the hotel industry. The hotel does not charge you unless you you charge to the room for food, beverages and parking. All monies are refunded upon checking out, as long as you have no charges.I hope this clarifies the situation a bit more.

TV service is provided through the hotel and not directly with any one provider. The hotel assured us they were taking care of the problem. Nonetheless, we do apologize for the inconvenience.
