Helt ok
Ett helt ok hotell. Ligger perfekt. Men börjar bli gammalt. Helt ok frukost för att ingå. Dyr valet parking som tillkommer.

Hotellet ligger fint direkt på stranden. Inga vägar behöver korsas för att ta sig till stranden. Fint poolområde. Pompano lite lugnare och ett bra alternativ till att bo vid Fort Lauderdale Beach. Vi hyrde en tvårums svit på 91kvm som vi var mycket nöjda med.

Trevligt hotel vid stranden
Uppvärmd pool och tillgång till bubbelpool. Nära stranden. Trevlig personal. Lite för kallt där man åt frukost.

Bra hotell
Härligt hotell vid stranden med rymliga rum. Bra frukost. Bra pool. Perfekt om du vill ha lugn och ro, sol och bad. Ligger dock lite off om man vill ha nära till restauranger och affärer.

Bra hotell
Bra hotel som ligger på stranden. En liten pool och få solstolar, vi var morgontidiga så vi fick alltid stolar. Många reserverade och kom ganska sent tyvärr eftersom det fanns så få. Mycket vilda lekar i poolen från både vuxna och barn, ibland lite väl mycket. Man behöver ta bilen till restauranger. Rummet var stort och rent. Vi hade en studio mot havssidan. Frukosten var bra och det fanns glutenfritt bröd om man frågade. Vi är nöjda med vår vistelse. Sängarna var jättesköna och det var tyst, om man bortser från luftkonditioneringen.

Thank you for staying at our beach residence hotel. I am glad you enjoyed your ocean view studio suite and the daily fresh made buffet breakfast. There is much to do in Pompano Beach area and having a car is helpful. Thanks for your 4 of 5 rating.

The staff at the hotel are very professional and friendly. I enjoyed the access to the beach cabana s and the marvelous service! Had the most delicious blackened Mahi sandwich for lunch and endless TLC by the staff. I’ll definitely be back for a third time.

I like the Ocean View, breakfast was great, kitchenette was very convenient, valet parking is fast only 34.00 daily. Didn't like the lobby becaose is not lobby at all, the food in the only small restaurant very mediocre, the front desk crew not experienced but friendly, the rooms need updates, I had tu use my own perfume because the blanket o conforter smell dirty real disgusting, not place to go around, walking, the worst fried calamari that I have eat. I like this place even with all thoses negative things because is familiar and not full with fancy people. Of course I will continue visiting.

Staff was friendly n helpful. Except for one night an elderly lady was on she was not friendly at all didn’t spoke when we greeted her. Other than that it was great. Would stay again.

Great family friendly hotel with easy access to the beach. The room was spacious and clean, staff was very attentive and friendly. Heated pool was also clean and towels were provided. There are beach toys for the kids to play with. Breakfast was good. Overall, it is a great vacation spot.

This property was a slice of paradise without leaving the USA, it was spotlessly clean and pristine location right on the beach. They accommodated our early check in. King sized suite was huge, with kitchen area and partial view of the ocean. Food was excellent at the restaurant and the tropical cocktail’s delicious. 10/10 we will definitely come back

4.99/10. Room was perfect, staff was accommodating, location is perfect. Only complaint is they allow daily resort passes at the pool. Pass holders on 2 of the days took over the pool and had no chairs for hotel guests. Other than that it was great experience. Will be back

It is small resort with a bit of everything for a variety of people. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is well located on the beach, although there are almost no amenities right by the hotel except two other hotels with restaurants. The hotel restaurant menu needs to be much bigger in order to expect guests to eat there most of the time. Onsite parking is an extra fee, but the valet staff are quick. Hot breakfast is served daily, and the staff are very helpful, and keep in mind that they do not get tipped like the bar staff would. With private beach, pool, and hot tub, and various games onsite it is indeed a mini resort. Upon checkout we tipped all the staff other than the restaurant and bar staff who have gratuities automatically added to the bill. If you are looking for a no fuss, decently appointed rooms and with with kitchens, this all around friendly resort in south Florida is worth considering.

Property is nice with nice pool area and on the beach. Rooms are larger which helps with extra guests. There are a few hidden fees like valet and resort gratuities. The only knock is there is not much to do within walking distance. Overall it is a nice resort if looking to be on the beach in Pompano as hotels are limited.

The kitchenette and washer/dryer in our suite was a game changer for us traveling as a family with children. We could relax and let the kids be kids and get dirty. We just threw the clothes in the wash at night. I never realized how much we stressed about how we packed and making sure we had clean clothes for the duration of our trips. Moving forward, I can’t imagine not having these in-room conveniences.

This property is the best kept secret of Pompano Beach. It was our second time coming for our daughter’s birthday. Both times we spent a week. It’s a slice of heaven. Staff: you will not find a single person who doesn’t smile and greet you. Everyone goes above and beyond. The front desk staff are wonderful and helpful. The pool and beach staff are super friendly and fun. Property: this is not a luxury hotel. If that’s what you’re after, find somewhere else. If you’re looking for huge, clean rooms with beautiful views, full kitchen and washer/dryer - this is your home. The rooms are incredibly spacious and CLEAN. Having a kitchen is very handy (especially with kids). This time we encountered a few minor issues (sink not fully draining quickly, dishwasher soap dispenser broken) but none of these issues were enough for us to even contact the front desk. The pool is heated and gorgeous. There is sometimes a shortage of loungers by the pool, but the staff do their best to take away towels of people trying to “save” chairs. There are always waiters coming around and the food and drinks available are delicious. The beach is 2 steps away and is spectacular. Having grown up vacationing in Hallandale, I didn’t expect to have such gorgeous turquoise water. When it’s calm, it feels like you’re on a Caribbean island. Even when the sea is rough, the water is clear. This is an extremely family friendly resort. Everyone is wonderful with kids. We won’t ever stay anywhere else!

The staff was friendly and helpful but the amenities needed some updating. Most disappointing things were paying for beach chairs on top of an already expensive stay, weak and expensive drinks, running out of chairs, food and drinks for guests!

I booked a room with 2 queen beds for me and my son and they didn't have that room available for us, instead we got a room with a king and sofa. My son slept on the sofa which wasn't comfortable. Also, below us was the laundry room which we could hear during the day and some of the evening. We were told that they would compensate us for not having the room but have not received anything.
