Awesome space!
This is an awesome little space. You can Is see the ocean from the little front porch. And its a 40 second walk to the water. It had everything we needed. Will definately be staying here again. Oh, there is a convience store right next door.

The perfect spot
My hubby and I wanted a few days away and to relax. This spot was perfect! The room was so cute, clean, and conveniently located. So much to do and see and a great little ocean view. Very close walk to the beach and it wasn’t busy at all in our area. I am looking forward to bringing my kids next time!

Wonderful Place!!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay!! We celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary and it was so much fun!! Place was beautiful and it was so nice being just a few steps away from the beach. We had an amazing time!! Definitely would recommend tropical isle!

The unit is clean with a little view of the gulf in between 2 buildings. Very convenient to bring stuff to the beach even if you make a few trips because it's just steps away. I like that even if the unit is small there's a lot of shelves in the bathroom which is very functional. Even the window seal by the kitchen table. A small nightstand would be nice to have. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely book this unit again. Thank you Karla!

Perfect stay
LOVED everything about this place! Super cute, GREAT location, easy check in/check out. Right next to the pool, have a view of the water out the front door. While not on the beach, it’s the same walking distance as the big resorts, that’s how close it is. I didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back :)

Home away from home’
This rental is truly home away from home. From ease of purchase, to quick and easy communication with the host and the property itself this was a perfect place. Beautiful and light inside, everything you may need on a vacation and the location is right at the beach. Will definitely be coming back!

Cute place with great beach access
This property is a cute little spot next to a public beach access. The room was very clean and the owner responded quickly whenever we needed anything. Since it’s a studio room, more than 2 people might be a lot. It was perfect for my husband and I! You can see the ocean from the room since it’s on the second floor! The convenient store next door was really close to walk to every day for coffees in the morning - definitely a plus. The beaches in Fort Walton are not as crowded like they are when you’re in Destin, so it was nice being on the beach without people right next to you!

Everything was as described. It was very clean. My elderly mother and I felt safe and were very comfortable. This unit is decorated very nicely and had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. I would stay here again.

Steps to the beach
Great proximity to the beach. Great sidewalk on road to walk/run. Perfect for a short getaway. The bathroom is small and more than a few days might get difficult but it was perfect for our 3 night stay. Clean. Sound from the pool is loud but we were fortunate that no one was at the pool late at night. We would definitely book again.

Great location
This condo was the perfect size for two people and had everything you’d need. Great supplies for the beach which was a minute walk away. The only downsides were the very u comfortable bed and the bathroom had no ventilation so after showers it would not dry out. Besides those two things it was a great getaway for my friend and I.

The property is well-kept, even though the structure has been around for a long time. The unit I rented was nice inside and stocked with all appliances, utensils, pots, pans, towels, etc. However, this is an end unit and it is right next to the pool. Unfortunately, we live in a society of those who break rules and show no courtesy to other renters and people from all walks of life used the pool in the wee hours of the morning violating the condominium rules. There in no property manager on-site and apparently no security to call. My first and second night partygoers were in the pool after hours. I got no sleep. I called the owners and reported to VRBO. VRBO sent a message they would let property manager know, but it never happened. The owners told me to call the police. The second night I called the police, but the police told me this is not their responsibility. The property manager is responsible. I told that to the owners on the 3rd day of the 5 night rental. Next thing you know, the owners kick me out sending a text that they would rebate me 2 nights room but not the cleaning fee, taxes or fees. I lost $100. I think they thought I was making this true story up and didn't want to deal with the issue. I tried to recoup the rest of the money from VRBO, but VRBO said owners responsibility. Never got my money. Think twice about renting this unit. It is next to the pool and you won't get sleep when the partygoers come to party and no police or security to call.

Great Location, Sea View from Front Windows
Here's what I'm putting: We were looking for something to do on my wife's spring break and found this property. It was near the beach and inexpensive enough to give it a try. I'm not too picky so as long as the AC/heat works and there's a fridge and a microwave, I can make do. It has the vibe of a converted hotel property but for the location, it's convenient. A few things for the next guest. There are beach chairs in the closet area and an umbrella. Both are well worn and we didn't use the umbrella due to a broken rib. The lights outside are pretty bright and the room blinds don't block it all. My wife likes a darker room. The murphy bed doors can be moved to block some of it better. We couldn't get the TV to turn on or off with the TV remote unless you turned it sideways or normally if you were six inches from it. I swapped in some batteries from a flashlight of mine and it made no difference so it wasn't batteries, just a strange remote. My wife would have liked more towels than three between two adults for a week and two rolls of toilet paper was cutting it close. Bring your own shower items, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The shower is adequate though small but the hot water lasted without issue. All in all, for two it was a good experience except for the weather, which isn't the fault of the property. We literally drove from a snow-slicked Kentucky to a chilly Florida but we had fun and got to see a relative stationed at the local air force base.

This is a great studio condo. Perfect location!! Very quiet inside the studio and outside. The inside is clean and an awesome beachy feel. You literally walk across the parking lot and you are on the beach. I really wanted to give it a 5 star however here are the reasons I’d take a half star off; we did not think the bed was comfy at all. So we didn’t sleep much. Also, was only give 3 bath towels for 2 people and a 5 day stay. Also, only one dish towel and one dish cloth for 5 days. With that being said, the owners were very easy to work with and very responsive to any of our questions or needs. I’m sure they would have supplied us with more towels if we’d asked. If it wasn’t for the uncomfortable bed we would definitely stay again. We loved this studio condo!!

Cute & Cozy
From before we even got to the condo, the owner was super helpful & answered any questions I had pretty quickly. The condo was super cute. Best way to describe it is 'Fixer Upper / Joanna Gaines' style. Which I absolutely love! The location was perfect also! There is a store next door & we were able to walk straight to the beach without having to pack up & drive anywhere.

Great stay close to the beach!
Very cute and cozy stay next to the beach! I love that they provide a kitchen with a stove and everything you need to make meal. Super easy checkin, clean and tastefully decorated. There are washers and dryer’s on site, however you do need lot of quarters to use them and the store next door has a sign that says they do not hand out quarters. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again!

Paradise beach
Wonderful property. All you need. Communication with property manager and owner was very good. We are likely to return next year. We normally travel to playa del Carmen/ Cozumel Mexico. I told my wife this beach is so similar I can hardly tell the difference. We will return.

Sweet little get away!
We loved seeing the ocean from our window and being just steps away from the beach. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the Murphy bed was - slept great! The couch and chair are comfortable, too, and the table is great for playing games. This little get away is a sweet treat! Enjoy!
