“The lady who I’m guessing was the chick running the show was so extremely rude. She got mad at me when we arrived and I asked how to check in? She then just loooed at me when I asked where our room was! Just so unhelpful and awkward. There were 10 adults and 7 kids and we all felt on edge and judged the whole time. “Great service and a good hotel. Not too much to do in the neighbourhood, but a greatplace to stay before going to fraser island. Further down toward shell beach there were surfboards, bicycles and jet skis for hire and some restaurants. The food at the hotel was great though. Good parking and a good gym (small but uncrowded, fresh equipment and ac). ”

“Big gorgeous apartments without any service. You do the cleaning and price stays low. Great pool area. Bad wi-fi!!! Not for free at all, you only get a few hundred MB per day and after that you pay.”

“The place was very quiet. Property managers were super helpful and great to communicate with. Easy to walk to restaurants etc we jumped on scooters along the foreshore. Overall we had a great stay! ”
