Our first Vrbo stay
It was awesome except we had a little trouble managing the tv, us “old” folks might need a little instruction, and the ice maker didn’t work but overall it was awesome!!!

So Relaxing!
Loved this property! My husband and I were both having medical issues while we were here so we didn't get to do as much in and around Fredericksburg as we would have liked. However we loved sitting on the wraparound porch watching the numerous hummingbirds along with their donkey and sheep. Deer also came into their yard every day. And it was great having Direct TV since we spent a lot of time there. Loft apartment was spotless and we loved the hosts!

Absolutely lovely!
Fabulous views, comfortable bed, and welcoming hosts who went above and beyond in their hospitality towards us. The garage loft had everything we needed and the location is quiet and peaceful. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Oklahoma couple
This rental is just as pictured. It was very clean and quiet. There were deer outside every evening and hummingbirds too numerous to count. We felt very secure there. Perfect couples suite!

Beautiful Introduction to Hill Country
Pam & her husband are warm & welcoming. The apartment is neat as a pin & fully and tastefully appointed. Also there are chickens, ewes, and a guard donkey pastorally grazing. A perfect base to expore Hill Country a short drive from downtown. Beautiful vistas from the wrap-around porch.

A country living experience
Our stay at this property in Fredericksburg was exceptional. The apartment was spotless and furnished with unexpected niceties. The refrigerator was filled with bottled water and sweet treats. The kitchen had packaged snacks and coffee. The home was on 7 acres of land which was accessible to guests for walking about and sitting in rocking chairs on the porch was a treat. We were provided with a parking place in the garage. This was an A+ lodging experience.

Beautiful scenery and great room
This was a perfect fit for an impromptu getaway. I would absolutely stay here again. The view from the house is miles of beautiful hills. Our last night we came back early just to see the stars we don't see in the city. The room was well taken care of and had all that we needed including ice cream and fudge. Highly recommend for couples.

Perfect for a couple getaway
This was perfect in every way. Reasonably priced. Beautiful views from the wrap around porch. Quiet location close to town. The host was so nice and helpful. The room had everything we needed. The little touches were so great. Keurig coffee machine with pods, sweetener and half and half, not the powdered creamer. Real coffee cups, wine glasses, wine opener, Qtips, cotton balls, air freshener, convenient phone charger on the nightstand, literature for things to do in town, garage you can park in, and it goes on.. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay
After a small snafu with the property management (which was quickly fixed), the property owners met us in the parking lot to make sure we were happy and settled in. The A/C kept us cool on a hot summer night for a great night sleep. The next morning we hung out with the hummingbirds and drank coffee on the wrap around porch of the main house, for a great start to a beautiful day. Then that night we sat in the beautifully manicured lawn and ate the complimentary ice cream and home made fudge while we watched the International Space Station fly by and enjoyed the beautiful night sky. The room was great with all the amenities and bed was very comfy. Would definately stay there again if we ever return to Fredericksburg.

Awesome as advertised!
Excellent property located in an absolutely ideal location with two of the nicest hosts you could imagine. Upon arrival, they gave us a tour of the property and some excellent suggestions on places to eat/visit around town. They even had ice cream & homemade fudge waiting for us inside as a welcoming gift! We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks!!

Perfect for two
This property was so perfect for our first time in Fredericksburg! Close to town, cute and quaint, the views were gorgeous, host was great. We enjoyed the welcoming sweet treat and feeding the sheep! We will be booking when go back.

Romantic getaway
Had a blast at this Vrbo it was our first experience and won’t be our last! It was super cute not far from town but just perfect for a little rest and relaxation. The owners were so kind and showed us around the property and ensured if we needed anything to just ask them. They gave us great places to eat and check out around town too. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Country Cottage
We enjoyed the feel of being in a rural accommodation yet so close to Fredricksburg and the accessibility to the activities there. Hosts gave great insight to local restaurants and activities. Enjoyed seeing the sheep in the pasture and the deer dropping by every so often.

Wonderful getaway!
The property was gorgeous! We stayed for our anniversary and it was just enough for 2 people. Everything was easy access and the property was well maintained. Our host provided a listing of all the events going on, as well as places to go to and a star map! Very useful on our trip. Wish it would have been better weather at night to see the stars because the property would have a great view but maybe next time. Everything was super clean and peaceful. The complimentary fudge was a bonus too! If you’re looking for a getaway, this is the perfect place!

Quick trip to the Hill Country for Garrison Brothers
The property is beautiful and the apartment over the garage is a nice little nest for two. We appreciated having a space to park in the garage, and easy access right up the stairs to the room. The fudge and ice cream waiting for us was a really nice touch. We didn't get to explore much as we were out with friends most of the time, but we would come back in a heartbeat.

Great cozy loft
This property was amazing. Location is 5 min from downtown Fredericksburg. The loft is cozy and private and has its own garage. At night you can hang out on the porch and relax with an awesome view. Definitely recommend.
