We are particularly sorry that you had problems at communicating with our Staff, as generally the comments regarding our services are positive. To shortly reply to your observation, let us please underline that, as many hotels all over the world, we requests our guests to provide us a credit card number in order to charge the extras at the room and then pay those upon departure. Please note that this routine is valid worldwide and has no intention to be offensive. Regarding the issues had at our Reception, please be sure that we will discuss within our Reception Manager how to avoid misunderstandings with our guests, despite we do believe that the request regarding your nationality has been made just for curiosity of our employees, without any hidden purpose.
