L’expérience japonaise est vraiment incroyable. Le repas vous est servi en chambre, sur notre futon. La nourriture était délicieuse ! Nous avons testé les fuyons et ce n’est pas notre truc mais nous avons néanmoins trouvé que notre chambre était magique, Nous avions vue sur le Mont Fuji. Nous avons testé les onsen privé et c’était une super expérience également ! Je recommande vivement cette expérience.

Do not stay in suites 401,402,501,502 it is the worst experience I’ve had in 30 years of travel. The hotel owner also owns a 24 hour access gym located on floors 3 and 4. We had room 401 and the noise from gym music, and people often dropping weights made it impossible to sleep. The bed actually shook from the constant weight dropping. The owner also has apartments and gym showers on the suite floors which are also very noisy. We were given a phone number upon check in to call for any problems. After lying in bed for an hour I got up to call. The rooms don’t have phones. You have to use the staffed phone on the first floor. So I had to get dressed and when I went down there was no staff. So I had to walk outside cross a street and go to the main hotel. Staff offered to talk to the people in the gym and did (I was asked to join) which was a waste of time as people are constantly coming and going from the gym and music never stops. Back at the hotel (this has now been 30mins) I said I still needed a solution that would allow me to sleep. Management replied that all rooms were full. The process was very slow about 1.5 hrs total. I asked them to find and pay for a room at a different hotel. Each exchange was taken by staff to a manager somewhere while I waited for them to determine a reply. A room had ‘suddenly’ become available in a different building without a gym. My husband and I replaced our room and relocated around midnight. It was quiet.

Loved staying here! The room was fantastic and the staff lovely and helpful. The public and private baths are worth staying for here alone. Great location for exploring the surrounding area as close to the station and local sightseeing bus

This is a pretty basic ryokan with a view of Lake Kawaguchiko, but not of Mt. Fuji. The rooms are on the small side and the public onsen are really old/tired looking.

Very good ryokan resort. Nice staff. Everything was ready when we checked in. We stayed in traditional Japanese room with the view of lake Kawaguchico. Japanese set meals for dinner and breakfast were amazing. We had a good time there!

This was an amazing place to stay. We were only here for a night, but it was the most relaxing stay ever. The private onsen was amazing and there were so many special touches like matching pajamas, a goodie bag and breakfast included. We left very early so the staff gave us our breakfast the night before in a packed lunch and it was so lovely. We also got a massage and it was incredible. Staff were so kind and lovely. Would definitely stay here again, thanks so much <3

Wonderful property. True Japanese experience for my teenagers. Staff was wonderful. Restaurants in the area close early and coffee shops do not open until 9:00 am, so need to plan for that. Breakfast at hotel was wonderful and great variety of local cuisine.

We loved staying here! The staff was very kind and professional. The half-board and breakfast were very generous and filling. The room was clean and the futon beds were so comfortable. The surrounding area is nice to walk around. This was a very good experience.

This property is right on the lake, 10 minutes walk from kawaguchiko bus station, and right by the panoramic ropeway to see mt fuji. The hotel staff was extremely nice, we were able to store our luggage with them prior to check in and after check out as our travel schedule did not perfectly align with the times. We booked the private onsen for about $20 for 50 minutes. after a long day (or two) of travel from the US, it was perfect! My partner has tattoos, and it was our first onsen experience so the private onsen was just what we needed. the views are beautiful and so peaceful. the tatami beds in the room were comfortable and we loved the yukatas provided by the hotel to wear to dinner. the dinner was multiple courses, with interesting options that were not really explained or labeled. overall the dinner was good but not near the best we had during our time in japan. overall we had a relaxing stay and would come back!

飯店很有日式風格，前台人員很專業，一泊二食，住兩天的食材都有變化～可以在房間享用晚餐很自在，泡湯可以去B1或7樓，7樓也有付費私人湯屋可預約，房間浴室有霉味所以不想使用，checkout 時有接駁車去車站！這很重要，因為行李推上坡會非常累人～整體物超所值！下次想再去！ 面富士山的房型蠻讚！

Not bad but servcie attentiveness at the restaurant not as good as other ryokan. Esp morning, the service staff kept chit chatting and disrupt the peaceful breakfast. If they can be more attentive to topping up tea, etc. Coffee at the recep cost jpy 200, why not provide for free?
