“I was extremely satisfied with Harrison's help at the hotel. He assisted us with everything, making us feel very secure. He was incredibly accommodating. The hotel staff overall were very kind, and the hotel itself was spotless, with quick access to cleaning services, a fresh and delicious breakfast, and convenient buses to various destinations. The staff were all wonderful, but a special thanks to Harrison, who went above and beyond to assist us in the middle of the night.”

“It was a not smoking room but our room smelled a lot smoke inside that it was hard to breathe and my pyjamas smelled smoke also. I couldn’t sleep well because of the club music thats inside the hotel one floor down. I strongly dont recommend this place for family or kids staying here.”

“The Hotel got a good location, but need renovation. Many items in room not functioning. Rooms are big though.Balcony you can not use and dirty. Very noisy outside and windows not isolated. Elevators are a huge problem. You can be stucked 20 min+. Cleaning service not the best. They forget you and occupies elevators. Breakfast is good for 4 star hotel in Dubai.
