Utsikten kan du inte se dig mätt på. Enkel standard. Tråkigt med alla myggbett (slutet av okt.) och avsaknad av wifi, fast vem vill titta i mobilen med denna vy?

Clean, cozy with many outdoor rooms and spaces to relax and explore
After weeks of researching places all over Puglia, I chose this property for the spaciousness outdoors with a closeup view of the sea. Maria and Alfie were dedicated hosts to make certain I had an enjoyable stay. I discovered about 15 species of birds on my Merlin app. I even spotted the Hoopoe bird long enough to identify it. I found flying into Bari totally doable for my flight in and out of Gagliano de Capo. There are many touristy things to do, yet I’d likely skip those things in favor of staying on the property and visiting the many incredibly gorgeous azure beaches. The color of the sea in this area is beyond my experience . The house is small yet comfortable, especially the bed and special pillows which made for great sleeping. I easily managed without a washing machine. I believe the outdoor area was even more expansive and beautiful than the photos portrayed. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return.

What a beautiful place!
I'm so glad we chose this beautiful house to stay in Puglia. Our hosts were amazing, Anna and Alfio. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the place was really clean. The private garden is huge and the view of the Adriatic Sea is stunning. San Marco Di Leuca was a special little town and we loved the boat trip and the restaurants there. It is a long drive to anywhere else in Puglia, just to let you know.

Wonderful Pajari along the coast
We loved the charming stone house (pajari) that has been in Anna's family for four generations. A modern remodel makes the place a wonderful gem. The house covered all our basic needs with a well equipped kitchen, great bathroom and living area. The bedroom is a good size but the mattress was too firm for our liking. We loved the large terrace and were treated to the powerful Sirrocco winds as we relaxed and watched the ocean waves. The yard is massive with many dry stacked walls and if you were staying for a week I would have a dinner or two down in the yard protected by the wind. We liked the privacy and quietness of the property and the closed off highway was like having a private road that went for 15 km. Great for biking. We appreciated Anna's husband showing us the local supermarket that was well stocked and we enjoyed several meals cooked at the house. I would love to come back again in the future as the area is wonderful.

Phantastische Lage
Ansprechendes kleines Ferienhäuschen in wunderschönem Naturgarten mit phantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer. Ruhige Lage, dennoch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Freundliche Vermieterin. Für einen entspannten Urlaub sehr empfehlenswert.

A little bit of heaven…
When I booked this property, I thought it looked pretty amazing in the photos but when we got there, my husband and I were absolutely wowed by the gorgeous location and the beauty of this place, inside and out. Our hosts, Anna and Alfio provided everything we needed for a fantastic vacation in southern Puglia and were so welcoming and gracious. I was able to cook in the kitchen and we loved eating outside where it was always blissfully quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the AC. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and large enough for us with plenty of storage. Everything absolutely exceeded all our expectations and we certainly hope to come back again someday.

An absolute delight!
We stayed a week at Anna's place and it was absolutely fantastic! The house has everything you need and the view over the sea is just stunning! You are just 5 mins away from S.M Leuca, a lovely town to visit. All in all, he has a wonderful time and will certainly come back!

Lovely holiday home, very helpful hosts and stunning view
A lovely property, which more than met our expectations. After our week's stay we felt very relaxed. We found some great fish to buy to cook and also eat in local restaurants. The hosts were great when responding to questions on WhatsApp and Alfio told us some great stories in a mixture of Italian and a little English.

Déçus du surcout clim
la location était correcte, nous avons été bien accueilli à l'arrivée. les relations étaient convenables avec le propriétaire. Par contre nous sommes très contrariés car nous avons loué ce logement avec une clim de comprise dans les équipements. En cours de séjour nous avons reçu un SMS du propriétaire(Anna) nous indiquant que l'utilisation de la clim coutait 70€ par semaine. De ce fait nous avons utilisé la clim uniquement la première semaine de notre séjour; ceci est fort désagréable et malhonnête. Si la clim fait partie des équipements c'est bien évidemment pour l'utiliser sinon il faut la mettre hors d'usage et ne pas indiquer dans l'annonce et le descriptif que le logement est équipé d'une clim. nous sommes déçus de ce point et mettons en garde les futures locataires

Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz, das Haus sind mitten in der Natur, mit Olivenbäumen und einer kleinen Pineta. Es sind mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten bzw. Terrassen vorhanden. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist sehr schön! Sehr genossen haben wir die Aussendusche! Leider gibt ab dem frühen Abend sehr viele Mücken. 1 Punkt Abzug, - da für die vorhandene Klimaanlage extra Geld (70€) verlangt wird. - in der Küche es kein warmes Wasser zum Spülen gibt (haben wir mit dem Wasserkocher gelöst) - kein W-Lan

Klasse Möglichkeit um Apulien/Salento zu erleben.
Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter top. Die Aussicht ist spitze. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen, oder auf Entdeckungsreise gehen.

Einfach nur schön
Wenn man einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen möchte, sollte man das Haus von Anna und Alfio in Gagliano del Capo (Apulien) auswählen. Das Haus liegt direkt auf der Felsküste mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer. Man kann sich auf der Terrasse entspannen, den großen Garten mit verschiedenen Oliven- und Obstbäumen geniessen. Im Haus hat man alles, was man braucht! Strände sind in der Nähe, mit dem Auto in wenig Zeit zu erreichen. Alles in allem, es ist nur zu empfehlen!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit den Vermietern und dem Objekt. Leider sind die Strände bzw. Gelegenheiten/Buchten ins Meer zu kommen im Monat August heillos überfüllt gewesen, und das in Zeiten von Corona. Der Vermieter gab uns gute Tipps zum Einkaufen und zum Essen gehen. Vermutlich auch wg. Hochsaison ist der Preis für das Objekt im oberen Segment.

Herrlicher Meerblick von den Felsen
Ländliche Sommerfrische (mit Blick Richtung Sonnenaufgang) in den Olivenbäumen die sich der Besitzer liebevoll erbaut hat. Wegen des Olivenbaumsterbens hat er etliche neue Bäume gepflanzt. Sehr gepflegt, unglaublich ruhig , nahe bei Leuca mit Restaurants und Strand, Wanderwege in der Nähe

Ideal für ruhesuchende Individualisten
Haus in ruhiger Alleinlage mit Meerblick und grossem Grundstück. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Mietauto ist erforderlich. Sowohl Adria-Seite (Steilküste mit Schnorchelstränden) als auch Ionisches Meer des Salento (Sandstrände zum Baden) gut von hier erreichbar.

Ziet er geweldig uit en een perfecte ligging. Uitzicht is prachtig. Het verblijf is overal voorzien van horen. Slaapkamer heerlij met airco. (Was tijdens ons verblijf warmer dan 30 graden). Echt genoten. Uitgebreide incheck van onze gepensioneerde 'politieagent'. Een aanrader.

Una villetta ideale per una coppia
Villetta con vista meravigliosa sul mare con un giardino terrazzato a ulivi e fichi d'india. Patio per mangiare e terrazza per prendere il sole in assoluta riservatezza. Vicinissimo a Leuca e a un paio di chilometri dal paese dove ci sono supermercati e negozi ed un vivacissimo mercato il sabato. A pochi chilometri dalle rinomate spiagge salentine. Ovviamente serve la macchina . Alfio ed Anna gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni informazione o problema. In conclusione un piccolo paradiso per una vacanza di coppia. Ci torneremo

Unvergessliche Sonnen- und Mondaufgänge
Anna und Alfio sind zwei äusserst freundliche Gastgeber, bemüht alle Wünsche und Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit über das Handy kontaktierbar. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer mit grosser Terrasse und einem Garten zum verweilen und entspannen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil.

Super Lage
Hammer Aussicht auf das Meer, ruhige und sehr schöne Unterkunft, für Paare sehr geeignet. Für Tips (Essen, Einkauf)können die Besitzer vom Haus immer gefragt werden. Sehr schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Schnorcheln und Baden ist auch in Ciolo sehr gut möglich. (Nur 2-3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt.) Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und werden nach möglichkeit auch wieder kommen.

Paradiesisch!
Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, ein sehr gemütliches Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Naturgarten und einem unvergleichlichen Blick auf das Meer. Den haben wir täglich schon beim Frühstück auf der ersten von drei Terrassen genossen! Hoher Schlafkomfort, Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche und immer wieder freundliche Erkundigungen per Mail, ob wir uns auch wirklich wohl fühlen. Das haben wir getan - und das wunderbare Wetter hat ein Übriges dazu beigetragen, dass wir Dörfer, Städte und Landschaft des Salento kennen- und liebenlernen konnten. Danke Anna und Alfio und alle guten Wünsche (auch für die Olivenbäume)!

Traumurlaub mit Sonnengarantie
Waren nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderbaren Domizil . Wir genießen immer wieder die grandiose Aussicht und die vollkommene Ruhe in dieser Unterkunft. Es ist nur ein Katzensprung zum Sandstrand, jeglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Hafen. Es gibt auch genug Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe mit sehr gutem Essen. Die Gastgeber Anna Maria und Alfio sind immer sehr bemüht, damit man einen wunderschönen Urlaub in ihrer kleinen aber sehr feinen Villa genießen darf. Uns hat es an nix gefehlt. Wir fühlen es mehr als wohl und kommen wenn es möglich ist auch wieder 🥰.

Vue magnifique, calme et repos
Nous avons passé 2 semaines fin juillet dans la maison de Anna Maria. La maison à une terrasse magnifique , très agréable donnant sur la mer. La maison est bien décorée et parfaitement entretenue. Le confort est simple mais correspond à des vacances reposantes, la literie est très bonne , nous avons bien dormi, le calme est total. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques . Je recommande la maison de Anna Maria.

Es waren insgesamt 7 wunderbare Tage in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Nicht in Strandnähe, dafür aber mit einem sensationellen Meerblick und einer herrlichen Ruhe. Die Räume sind nicht sehr groß, aber wir benutzten sowieso nur die tollen Terrassen. Wie würden auf jeden Fall dort wieder Urlaub machen. Danke, Anna

Its a very nice and clean accommodation in a quite surrounding away from city trouble. We enjoyed living here for a week, especially the fantastic ocean view. Good place to relax and to reach all destinations in southern Salento. Host is very kind and helpful.

Perfekter Urlaub mit super Aussicht und Sonnenschein ☀️
Wir sind durch Zufall auf die Villa im Internet gestoßen. Die Bilder im Internet waren sehr einladend . Die Realität übertrifft es bei weitem . Wir waren vom ersten Augenblick angetan von allem. Man kann in aller Ruhe seinen Urlaub und die tolle Aussicht genießen . Jeden Tag gab es was neues zu entdecken 😃. Die Anreise von fast 2000 km mit dem eigenen Auto war zwar sehr anstrengend aber es hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat alles gepasst. Anna und Alfio hatten immer einen guten Tipp für uns und unseren Hund . Die Villa war in einem tadellosen Zustand mit allem was man braucht . Wir können dies wirklich weiterempfehlen und würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Vista suggestiva e parco esterno incantevole , interni da rimodernare.
PRO: La casa gode di una vista stupenda sul mare ed è circondata da ulivi , muretti a secco e resti di trulli in una zona tranquilla a ridosso della strada costiera. Albe stupende. Host disponibili e gentili. CONTRO: Il patio è visibile dalla strada ( poco trafficata se non dal vicinato) e la casa dei vicini è veramente attigua : mi aspettavo piu privacy. Manca l'acqua calda in cucina che non ha lavastoviglie. Ci sono molti pappataci. Abbiamo aspettato l'host per il check-in 1 ora e mezza nel parcheggio di un supermercato.

Heerlijke plek en fijn huisje met schitterend uitzicht.
Het huisje is royaal voor 2 personen, mooi gerestaureerd, goed geoutilleerd en heel schoon. Het terras met eettafel, zitje en ligstoelen biedt uitzicht over de zee. Het ligt op een ruime kavel privégrond en biedt veel privacy en rust. Heerlijk om de vogels te horen, de zee te zien en een beetje te meimeren.
