“Great Location if you have friends/relatives that live in Rotundo West. The house amenities were delightful. The pool and the hot tub are beautiful and the outdoor living space is set up beautiful. There are three bedrooms two bath and kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you would need. The homeowner is very responsive and so easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The best part of this house is it's location! This beach is so quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. You don't hear anything other than the lapping of the waves. We walked the beach in the mornings and some mornings there was not a sole on the beach. There is a reef that runs right along the shoreline. Pending the winds, you can snorkel right from your backyard! We also found tons of shark teeth and even one, almost whole, meg. The interior of the house was clean and very beachy. “Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here.”

“This place was perfect for the two of us. The house is spacious. It was clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning. Hands down the best part. Access to the beach is so easy. The plants and trees on the property were amazing and made it feel that much more private. There was a questionable issue with the AC day of arrival. Andrew got back to me immediately and had someone out that next day. No issues with the AC or anything else the whole time. I would totally recommend this to anyone...

“We were so happy to be staying at this house! It was spotless and had everything we needed! The views were amazing from the third floor. Got plenty of sunset pictures from there! Property managers were attentive to any questions we asked! The Legacy Trail bike path was just a 2 miles ride away and allowed my husband to bike 41 miles almost everyday. The tiki bars and hot tub and fenced yard are a huge bonus and the pool will be ready soon! Highly recommend this house!”

Washer and dryer are brand new. The beach is private and only a few steps away, no street to cross. Great for shelling and finding shark teeth, or just relaxing. Amazing sunsets. This is our second time staying here and we will be back again!”
