Helt ok - varken mer eller mindre
Överlag är jag nöjd. Toalettborste saknades (vilket dock är vanligt förekommande i Spanien). Hotelgymmet var inget vidare. Litet och få saker.

Great breakfast and service
The twin bed was a little hard, and there were people talking in the street and music from a bar that could be heard on late nights, not very loud though. Also traffic noise early on the weekdays. Service and cleaning very good. Breakfast in the close sister hotel with beach view was excellent. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance, but the more trendy ones seemed to be located over 1 km south.

Närhet till långa promenader och köpcentra. Många bra restauranter alldeles i närheten. Det är billigare att åka taxi än buss i stan.

Plus och minus
Besviken för att rummet endast hade fönster in mot världens minsta ljusgård. Läget var annars helt perfekt, nära till allt inkl. Las Canteras stranden.

Vi hamnade på ett annat hotell än vad som visades
Ett mycket mindre rum än utlovats, dålig renlighet och frun fick utslag av sängkläder, dessa byttes inte på en vecka. Det fanns två hotell Under samma namn (NH), matsal låg i det andra hotellet, detta framgick inte heller i annonsen. Hotellet låg OK nära Las Canteras, men ingen utsikt till strand eller vatten.

Bra hotell, men kan förbättras
Tillmötesgående personal, rent och snyggt, men sängarna var för hårda. Rummen var ganska små. Dessutom var det mycket dyrt på det som fanns i kylen, en liten flaska vatten 3.70 euro. Även frukosten var dyr. Skulle också vara bra om det fanns en vatten/kaffekokare på rummen, vilket saknades. Att det fanns gratis safebox på rummet var bra samt att hotellet låg helt nära stranden. Vi är i stort nöjda och kan tänka oss återkomma.

Super service
We (my wife and I) had booked three days with the purpose of having a look around Las Palmas. We extended our stay some days and the hotel is excellent situated for exploring Las Palmas. Very close to the beach (and the reception can help you with beach towels) and great restaurants and cafes around. It is a typical business hotel and thus the reception is fluent in English, friendly and very efficient. Great place if you want to explore Las Palmas and want to get a bit away from the tourist mainstream hotels.

Bra läge och trevlig personal
Mycket trevligt och prisvärt hotell, vi gick dock inte på frukostbuffén då denna verkade orimligt dyr. Ganska hårda sängar vilket var ett minus men i övrigt hög kvalitet på rummet.

Enkelt men bra
Hotellet är ett litet hotell med begränsad service. Den service som finns sköts via receptionen och fungerar utmärkt. Hotellet ligger mindre än en minut från strandpromenaden som erbjuder en mängd matställen. Rummet ganska stort och bekvämt. Badrum utmärkt. I stort ett utmärkt hotell för inte allt för långa perioder.

The window in the room was broken and did not close. We checked in after midnight as we got in via a late flight and therefore only noticed when we went to bed, and had to deal with the cold air and noise. The room was clean but old. It’s possible to check in at any time.

Leider war in unserem Zimmer recht viel defekt und der Ausblick ging in den Hinterhof und somit war das Zimmer auch sehr dunkel. Als wir ankamen, war das Bett unseres Kindes nicht bezogen…um Zeit zu sparen, haben wir es dann selber gemacht…..und beide Nächte waren sehr kurz, das das Hotel sehr hellhörig war und wir immer wieder in unserem Schlaf gestört wurden…Die Lage ist super, aber leider wäre das der einzige Grund das Hotel erneut zu buchen…

Flott enkelt hotell med god standard og fin beliggenhet mot stranden . Bare ca 75 mtr å gå. Anbefales. Her får en låne håndklær for bruk på stranda

The gym area is nice. The staff was awesome! No dining options within the hotel. You must walk to a nearby hotel for breakfast. Many restaurants in front of the hotel. Very close to the beach, stores, drug store, pet shop, and landry.

Very clean, modern hotel. Pet friendly, which is perfect for us as we take our small dog with us. Great location, a one minute walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants and cocktail bars within close proximity
