Old and expensive!
Rooms looked outdated. A very very noisy air conditioning! No complementary breakfast, which is a big downside. The restaurant serving breakfast charged 8 USD for a bowl of oatmeal and the buffet was very very limited compared to price level. Location close to the rim was great though!

The room was nice and updated. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get a chance to eat there but I did overhear other guest say the food was so good. We only stayed two nights on our road trip. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

This resort has a lot of amenities like beautiful outdoor & indoor pools. They played a kid movie each night at the indoor pool. There are lots of fun yard games like corn hole, ping pong, giant connect 4, etc. They have pet friendly rooms, which was great since we had to bring our small dog with us on our trip. The resort is very close to the grand canyon. The only downfalls was the air conditioner in the room didn't work the best and there wasn’t a lot of parking. However, if you can get a parking spot near your room, it was handy for loading & unloading vs a traditional hotel rooms with walking down halls & taking elevators. They have multiple buildings set up kind of like a motel where the door goes right to the outside to the parking lot.

This was my first time staying at a Signature BW hotel and resort. We were extremely pleased with everything about this property. I highly recommend it!

The entry area to the main building for this property is beautiful. Most of the rooms seem to be in building separate from the main building. Our room was nice, but parking was a bit limited. They had a machine that ground and brewed Starbuck’s coffee, which was nice, but you had to wait a while in line for a while. Having a second machine would be nice, but I’m sure they are expensive.

Loved this resort, restaurants on site and many amenities for everyone! Very short drive to the Grand Canyon. Highly recommend! Wished we could have stayed longer.

Kurzer Weg zum Grand Canyon Park, Restaurants, Shops und Visitor Center fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

The checkin was an annoying. No rooms were ready until exactly 4pm. At which point there was a long line to check in. Since checkout time is 11 am . They could have started checking people in a few minutes early.

Good experience overall. The thermostat was too complicated to learn for a short stay and was too noisy when it ran.

Great location close to Grand Canyon with lots of amenities for the entire family. Fantastic staff who went above and beyond. Clean and comfortable room. Make reservations for meals early because its a busy place. Will definitely return and bring family.

The location of the property a few minutes south of the National Park was a big selling point. It has a lot of amenities for families.

Great place to stay, great amenities. The food was great. The pools and hot tubs are great, indoor and outdoor. It would be nice if they where open until 11:00 versus 10:00.

Property was lovely and had lots of amenities. Room was clean. The pool areas (both indoor ad outdoor) and gym were excellent. Dining options limited and service was rather slow. Food was good and reasonably priced. Outdoor game area with ping pong tables and patio furniture was a nice touch. My only complaint is how hot the room was. Hotel was having issues with chiller week we arrived so our AC was not functional. Hard to sleep.
