It was a great pleasure to have hosted you at Veranda Paul & Virginie. As stated in a previous reply, although we are away from the hustle and bustle of the more vibrant cities and towns, popular sites of interest are very accessible. However, if you plan to indeed, eat out everyday, you may wish to hire a car which would be the most sensible thing to do. All the restaurants are in Grand Baie, which is 25 minutes drive away from us. Moreover, we do provide free shuttles to and from Grand Bay, twice a week, either during the day or in the evening. ( friday and saturday evenings as from 10pm). Indeed, it is to your best advantage to be on all inclusive whether you plan to stay on premises or off premises. Drinks per unit are competitive, as whilst doing our pricing strategy, we did benchmark ourselves with comparable bars and restaurants - but when it comes to the volume consumed, these may add up - so indeed, all inclusive, even if you are planning to explore the island, remains pretty much a wonderful option to take, specially if you are on a budget.
