“We loved the location. The premises were clean, tidy and very appealing. We found the bed very comfortable and there was plenty of blankets and additional pillows. Overall we had a great weekend at Park Avenue Holiday units and will definitely be back again.”

“When I arrived and read I was to do some house cleaning I was surprised since the place wasn't so clean to warrant a demand to do any form of cleaning besides for obvious reasons proper guest etiquette. Other than this the place was pretty good. ”

“The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped with cooking utensils so self-catering was easy. The complex was very close to the centre of Albany but very quiet. Overall a very good place to stay.”

“Instructions to access key to room was good and simple. Disappointed that there was no reception staff on site during our 4 night stay. Carpet required vacuuming and grout in shower recess needed cleaning. Was hoping that the room was serviced - clearly not.”
