Dear guest , We are very sorry that we did not manage to satisfy you. If we want to be honest though you did not give us a chance. During your arrival when you requested another room we gave you what you asked and you was content for the reaction. We always try to fulfill the wishes of our guests since there is a posibility. Guests like our staff because they try hard and they work with personal effort. WE CARE ! This is the reason we find it a bit unfair for us that you write that we are not so hospitable. You stayed only for 1 day and you have found another hotel which was absolutely your right to settle down in a place that you like and will make your holidays a dream to become true. About the transfer I want to say that we do not make transfers as a hotel. We arrange transfers if guests want as a service.( through taxi company) I wish we had a chance to make you feel comfortable . Warm regards
