Dear mr Gert, we take this opportunity to thank once more for choosing our hotel for your holidays and hopefully we did not disappoint you. Some times it is difficult to satisfy all of our guests wishes, even if we really want to, but we are trying hard to get better every day. Your reservation was for a studio. Our Studios located only on the first floor of the building and has windows. We tried our best to get a room of the fifth floor with a view. We don't give someone room 507 and tell them that you gonna get a balcony. We know that it is really small but we will try of winter period to change the size of the balcony.
