Jätte bra hotell med strålande service, står att många hotell på kreta är femstjärnigt men det brukar inte stämma, däremot höll detta hotell överens med att det är femstjärnigt, rekommenderar detta hotell starkt! Fräscha rum, bra utsikt från rummet. Glömde mitt körkort på hotellet och direkt när jag ringde hotellet så skicka dom med mitt körkort med bussen till Chania. Kommer garanterat bo på detta hotell igen vid nästa tillfälle.

Exactly like the pictures! A nice and clean hotel!
We stayed at Galaxy for 6 nights and we enjoyed this hotel very much it is a very clean and modern hotel. Everything was good and the staff are very friendly. If you have it might be difficult to find a parking since everyone in this city have a car. Parking is free almost everywhere anyhow. The pool was cold, which is nice on the hot summer days i Crete. All in all 5/5!

Bra, men fick be om en uppgradering för det var inte det rum som vi hade bokat. Utcheckning var lite konstigt, ingen förklaring till vad som debiteras, allt stod på grekiska. Annars var service personalen jätte vänliga och service minded. Stort minus för gymmet.

Standarden var lite sämre
Det var ett trevligt hotell med bra frukost och trevlig personal men det ska ses som ett hotell mellan 3 och 4. Frukosten var bra, men personalen var mer intresserade av att polera och städa än att passa upp på gästerna. Samma sak gällde påfyllande av minibaren och städningen. De missade för mycket.

Ett par i 25-årsålderns recension
Vi är supernöjda med hotellet!! God frukost, mysigt och rent och fantastisk personal. Vi fick exempelvis en tårta upp på rummet då de uppmärksammat min 25 årsdag. Perfekt för par då där är lugnt och en mysig miljö. Det enda negativa är att man måste gå 5-10 min för att ta en buss till stranden, det tar ca. 15-20 minuter. Alternativt ta en taxi för ca. 15-18 euro. Hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen i Heraklion och kostar ca. 10-13 euro med taxi. Hotellet ligger promenadavstånd från centrum så det finns många restauranger att välja mellan. Rekommenderas!

Det är en storstad, bra shopping nära till centrum, mycket restauranger att välja mellan. Fin pool, väldigt trevlig å tillmötesgående personal, bra frukost. - super små balkonger, går ej att sitta på. Sen måste man åka buss eller bil om man vill till stranden.

Väldigt trevlig å hjälpsam personal, hotellet var jättefint men lite för små rum för oss som var 3, fanns lnte plats för bagage och oss, balkongerna var minimala, men det är nog inget sånt hotel som man sitter på balkongen. Poolen var fräsch å helt ok i storlek, saknade närhet till havet, men är man ute efter en stads vistelse är hotelet kanon. Bra frukost.

Prisvärt femstjärnigt
Högklassigt hotell med bra service och glada miner från personalen. Bilen tas om hand av portiern som sköter parkeringen och vid poolen servas man med mat och dryck direkt vid solstolen. Bra frukost.

Bästa valet i Heraklion?
Ett mycket bra hotel. Personalen är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, det finns ett fint litet gym, en väldigt trevlig innergård med pool och en restaurang med mat i toppklass. Rummen är fina och välstädade med väldigt sköna sängar och frukostbuffen är god och varierad och har dessutom ett litet urval av lokala specialiteter. Konferensrummet vi disponerade var tekniskt fullt utrustad och både lunch och kaffeserveringen var av mycket hög kvalitet. Vad mer kan man begära? TOPP!

Wonderful breakfast, lovely room. A bit of mix up regarding city tax that was collected upon checking in and again at check out. No one informed us the tax was per night. I would have thought all taxes would have been collected at check in.

Very nice hotel with great rooms and lovely amenities. We really enjoyed our three night stay at the Galaxy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast the best we’ve had on our travels with so much fresh produce and warm food options. Good location with a short walk (15 min) to the old town, also the ‘hop on hop off’ bus stops straight outside the hotel.

Their service is good and comfortable. But they don’t offer water for the second day no matter how many days you stay the hotel. They only offer the first day water.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! When I arrived on an extremely hot day I was dripping with sweat after walking from the bus station. The concierge offered me a "refreshing towel" to wipe my face off and honestly, it was the highlight of my 3 weeks in Crete. They answered any questions I had. I needed to mail some postcards and they had stamps for sale and mailed them for me, saving me from having to walk around and figure that out. They had a cab to the airport waiting for me at 6am on my departure day which was a huge stress relief. The room was great, big, clean and air conditioned. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious. I only had a few minutes to spend in the pool but it was nice. It seems to only get sun on it for a couple of hours since there are buildings surrounding it but it didn't matter since it was so hot outside and I didn't need to get sunburnt anyways. The location was convenient. Plenty of dining options nearby and also a short and pleasant walk to the city center (maybe 20 mins). Part of that walk is through a relaxing park with a nice place to get coffee. Would definitely stay here again! Do it!
