Plaza
Bra frukost och rena och ljusa rum. Saknade dock mjukare handdukar och sängar. Duschen var även lite märkligt konstruerad och vattnet var lite för kallt ibland.

Great hotel
On the mountain/street side there is a bar right opposite which is a bit noisy at night. Otherwise great hotel with good facilities including parking and a pool

Dear Michael, thank you for your review. You should also mention that as soon as you said about the aircon issue to the reception, they mooved you to another room, where you had no problems.

Friendly staff, good location, and the pool was nice. But the lobby area is lacking warmth. It's totally dark at night with no lights! This is an easy fix with lamps, plants, candles, books, etc. A gathering space in this hotel would have dramatically changed our experience.

There was a very calm receptionist who saved the client from being kicked out of the hotel exactly ten minutes after her arrival because of the client's behavior. In addition, she upgraded the customer's reservation for free, despite the fact that the customer was insulting and rude to her.

Veldig fint hotell, hyggelig og veldig hjelpsom betjening. Flott plassering.Litt dårlig frokost sett med norske øyne, mye søtsaker. Mye støy ved bassenget og barn som fikk lov til å løpe og sparke ball fra den ene siden til den andre.

The room was particularly clean and neat. We arrived late in the evening and the receptionist was waiting for us. They are taking all the necessary protocols for protection and cleanliness during these difficult times. The view from my room was spectacular. The restaurants in the area were superb. I would definitely stay again.

You will enjoy the best view available in Kalymnos. The beach is very nice but a bit pricey for beach chairs.

It’s a bed Jim ~ but not as we know it !?
We were upgraded to sea view which considering that we are three Gold Members travelling together in a near empty hotel this was only a correct application of common sense -not Rocket Science! However I did to expect to sleep on a sofa bed. Under the auspices of the Xenia offered by the Greek Government’s Blue Freedom Program we all three had J&J COVID-19 jabs. However a bed by any other name was not ideal for recuperation as I reserved the two very comfortable beds for my wife who is recovering from a recent fracture and my daughter Lydia who is looking after her.
It’s a bed Jim ~ but not as we know it !?

Dear Guest, you have been upgraded to a sea view room while you have booked and paid for a city view room. If the hotel was full or empty, i believe that it is very easy for you to understand that has nothing to do with what type of room you have paid for. We upgraded you because you were one of our first guests of the season. As soon as your daughter asked about a room with three beds and not a sofa bed, we explained to her which of our rooms have three beds and she did not accept to change rooms. You slept in the lobby of the hotel because your drunk daughter caused many problems and you were asked to leave the hotel the next day. When you explained to us that you have been vaccinated that day, we gave you an extra free day in order to feel better and be able to pack your things. .

This hotel was running on a wing and a prayer for the first seven days. Minimal attention to COVID-19 rules,masks and Plexiglass shields. The cleaning of common areas like elevator doors

Dear guest you must also mention that you are a blacklisted client, who caused many problems to the hotel, and that you wrote this review after our request to EXPEDIA for relocation and after 7 days of staying in the hotel.

Φανταστική τοποθεσια και εγκαταστάσεις. Με μια μικρή επένδυση μπορεί να γίνει ένα απο τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία των Δωδεκανησων. Πάνω στο κύμα με ωραιότατη πισίνα, κεντρικότατα στο Μασούρι.Ύστερει καπως σε παροχές και στην ποιότητα πρωινού.
