Dear Fred,we are truly sorry that we couldn't live up to your expectations in this one night you stayed with us, and therefore ending with a review, which is transferring the "anger". This is surely not our goal!As your review might be misleading we would like to add that our lifts are working (the internal as well as the big external). We assume you are reffering to our new one, which was under construction and obviously you thought it's broken. The installation are nearly finished and in the next season our guests will benefit from it. Further, of course, our guests are usually not carrying their bags. So we would highly appreciate if you could give us more details, preferably in a direct mail, so we can look into it.We are quite positive if you would have stayed more than one day you would have seen also the charming side of this hotel and in conversations you would have learned that investments already have been done since we took over the hotel last year and more investments are planned.We hope to welcome you again for a longer stay and convince you that this hotel is not before electricity.With best regards for a nice autumn and relaxing winter,

Dear Justin,We are generally pleased that you liked the location, the stunning view, the great swimming and obviously the service of our staff, who were pleased to go the extra mile for you. On a side note, all our staff works 8h and get their off days. But of course, with the last heatwaves, working is a challenge for everybody. We just want to emphasize we are looking after our staff as they are OUR asset! The staff makes a place adorable!Housekeeping has been advised immediately to pay more attention, as cleanliness and not only on the surface is extremely important for us.Yes, we are aware that the hotel needs even more updating. We have taken over the hotel last year in a very neglected condition and since then we have already done many investments, most not visible for the guests though, but ensuring functionality and we keep on going with even more investments, which will be visible then as well, as we know we actually have a small jewelry here!Our major concern is the sentence about the restaurant regarding the evening food. Unfortunately, you haven’t approached the Management or Reception to inform us about your dissatisfaction, so we can see what went wrong and what can be done …We would highly appreciate if you could give us in a private mail your impression and what exactly happened. This would be extremely helpful!Overall, we are truly sorry that we disappointed you as this is surely not our goal, and which lead you to this very low rating.
