Absolutely fantastic hotel in the heart of Chania!
Fantastic hotel with beautiful interior design. Amazing rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi and a nice city view. I loved this hotel and everything about it. I am definitely coming back. It's perfect for a couple who wants to relax and enjoy a super nice city hotel. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was the best food we had during our whole stay in Greece. The spa room with the pool and steam sauna was also great. It was beautiful, relaxing and you book it to yourself for an hour. Perfect! Ths is the perfect stay if you're looking for something more quiet and private but still in the center of Chania.

Staff were very welcoming and attentive. While helping other guests with check in, the team did not hesitate to offer refreshments upon arrival. The rooms were very exceptionally clean and did not disappoint. Breakfast was very smooth as well and variety available. We ended up having to leave unexpectedly late in the middle of the night, and the team did not hesitate to coordinate seamless transport to eliminate further stress on our already stressful return back. We would love to stay here again for future trips to Chania. Tips for future travellers: Apple maps does not provide correction directions and would recommend searching by the restaurant name to locate.

As you walk in the flooring is clear so you can see Ancient Greece. Really neat. Staff is very kind and accommodating. Room is clean. Great location. Little expensive in comparison to surrounding lodgings. Rooftop access was nice but doesn’t give view of harbor. Breakfast was very nice, scenic setting.

Was ich vorwegschicken muss, ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Man fühl sich hier sehr gut aufgehoben und umsorgt. Die Serviceleistungen sind hervorragend. Das tägliche Frühstück war ein Highlight. Egal ob Stella oder die anderen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, alle waren zu netten Gesprächen aufgelegt und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel „Venetian Harbor“ uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Staff service was superior. ASMR zen like! Breakfast was excellent. Short walk to harbor. Facilities fairly new. A bit difficult to find in the old town narrow streets, but the search was lovely! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place !
We had an amazing time there. The room was spectacular, staff was great. We had a suite with Jacuzzi which was really grand! A la carte breakfast was nice and fresh. The spa in the main building can be booked privately and was fab, too.

This hotel is stunning, and is one of the most unique hotels we have stayed at. The staff was always helpful and the rooms are very comfortable and clean! Breakfast was delicious and the location is really central in Old Town. Parking is difficult if you have a car, but still would say it’s worth it! Would absolutely recommend to anyone going to Chania and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had lovely time in Chania and the hotel is amazing, staffs always smiling and friendly also always greetings every time we passed them. The room is cleaning everyday and the rooftop is beautiful. Easy walk to everywhere. The foods is delicious.

This property is a star. The staff were outstanding, especially Flori and all of the restaurant staff. Incredible staff. The room was so unique and well thought out. The restaurant also featured delicious food, simply and delightfully presented by highly skilled serving staff. Honestly I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Magnifique séjour
Établissement très soigné dans un ancien monastère. Chambre très spacieuse avec tous les conforts. Piscine et spa fantastiques. Position centrale donc pas de parking et accès à pied. Personnel super-gentil est accueillant. Menu originale et nourriture très bonne.

Uniquely beautiful property with large, modern rooms set just steps away from a lively vibrant food and shopping scene! The staff was very kind and accommodating- even coming to find us as we got turned around on arrival and storing our luggage for a majority of our departure date. Breakfast included was lovely and the day we had a conflict for an early activity they packed us a bagged alternative. We loved this place and we’re sad to leave!

Beautiful historic building well-renovated. We loved our room with access to the roof and a private terrasse with bath tub. The breakfast was in the hotel restaurant and is just amazing! With your stay you get a complimentary access of 1h to the spa (inside pool with hamman). Very nice!

Beautiful and Out of the Way
A beautiful hotel on an out of the way (and hard to find) alley in the charming city of Chania. The staff was incredibly helpful, as well. Our room was a bit pokey, with the bed set into a corner, which was challenging for two and not what we were expecting but the private hot tub helped make up for it!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of old town
Hotel was really beautiful and staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was ordered from menu. Only negative thing I can think of is that bed was not very comfy.

I had a late afternoon check-in and the staff were amazing getting everything situated for me. They gave a bit of history about the building and then showed me around the property. Due to COVID restrictions, the hammam was unavailable for use. However, there was a masseuse and she was flexible with her hours to accommodate my stay. Definitely get a massage- the Cretan was relaxing and the oil used smelled nice and didn't leave me feeling greasy. Breakfast was delicious- ALL OF IT!! 10/10 recommend this property if staying in Chania!

Love the Monastery collection!
Love the monastery collection, the service and food was amazing. If you have a car it can be difficult because this hotel is located in old town down a small-walking only street. It’s quite, has all of the amenities and they make you feel at home. Would stay with them again!

Un séjour de rêve
Superbe hôtel dans un cadre vraiment magnifique! Les chambres sont très belles et le bain à remous sur la terrasse privée de la chambre est vraiment très agréable surtout le soir après une journée à la plage ou en ville. Le personnel de l'hôtel était toujours aux petits soins et très à l'écoute que ce soit pour nous apporter le petit déjeuner, nous commander un taxi ou simplement nous renseigner
