Convenient location next to the bus station
New hotel next to the bus station and tourist area. Very good breakfast in my opinion. Our view was an overgrown empty lot with trash in it so not amazing, other than that - no conplaints!

Dear guest, First of all we would like to thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to review our hotel. In deed our hotel is brand new, as we have just started operating during June, and really close to everything a visitor needs during his/her vacation, as we are situated right to the city center. Our buffet breakfast is another strong asset of our hotel as we offer daily fresh, local ingredients into local and international recipes. About the nearby lot, unfortunately we can't interfere, as it belongs to a different owner, even though we have already cleaned the lot once just before the opening of the hotel. Great location and great staff
Best location in Chania if you want to be close to the center and the beach. The staff is ever so helpfull beyond expectation. Always smiling and accommodating. When I found my mattress to hard, they immediately gave me a top mattress. I stayed for ten days and each day same high level of service and always greeted with a smile. One day I received a handwritten personal greeting, not just a generic but personal. Meant a lot to me. The breakfast buffet was to everyone’s liking with a great variety offered. Séjour extraordinaire !
Séjour merveilleux ! Nous avions une belle suite avec une immense terrasse sur le dernier étage de l’hôtel. Le personnel est extraordinaire, les 2 réceptionnistes parlent très bien français, elles étaient très aimables souriantes et professionnelles. L’une d’entre elle nous a réservé une excursions pour Elafonisi en dernière minute. Également le personnel du restaurant pendant le petit déjeuner étaient adorables et d’une gentillesse. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. L’hôtel est moderne et récent avec en emplacement idéal dans le centre ville et près de l’animation restaurant et boutiques et un supermarché à proximité. Je recommande cette adresse exceptionnelle. Merci pour ce beau séjour

Great hotel just outside of the old town
This is a wonderful modern hotel in a wonderful location - just a 5 minute walk to the old town. The rooms were spacious and clean and they provided an excellent breakfast. There is no parking included, however there are a couple of spots outside the hotel to pick up/ drop off luggage and reception pointed us to a nearby paid parking lot. Staff were very friendly and helpful

A gem close to the old town
A lovely short break in a hotel close to the old town and marina. Good plentiful breakfast, well stocked bar. Friendly and attentive staff who were aware that it was our anniversary and made us a card and cheese cake. Special thanks to Eleana in the bar for her service and conversation.

We had a great stay in Chania at this hotel! The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful in recommending things to do. The staff in the restaurant and bar were also super nice. They had a really nice large buffet breakfast every morning for us. And we got a welcome drink from the bar. The hotel is really clean. And it’s in walking distance to the old town of Chania and the Old Venetian Port with lots of shops and restaurants. Also I’m walking distance to a beach. We took the public bus to Falasarna Beach which was gorgeous! And we did the day trip to Elafonisi beach which was also gorgeous but a bit over crowded. The room was a bit small but has everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time in there anyway. Would definitely stay here again! Great hotel in a great location!

Great location, small but nice rooms
PROs - Very convenient location, just across entrance to the old city and 3 minutes to the bus station. Hotel is nice, rooms are clean and in good condition. Breakfast is excellent. CONs - Rooms are very small, no drawers or shelves, almost no place to put your stuff. Sink is outside of toilet & shower but it is tiny with practically no place to put your toothbrush, etc. mattress is too soft

Morum City Hotel is very well located, being at a walking distance from the old Venetian Harbor and several stores. Very clean, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. Bar and breakfast also great. When I come back again, this will be my hotel of choice.

Makes you feel like home
we stayed there for a week and location was the main reason we chose the hotel. We absolutely had a great time, the staff was very polite and helpful and anyone form reception to bar/ food made you feel very welcome. We didn't have parking with our room but it was not hard to find parking at the surrounding streets. Breakfast was good and great variety every day. Location very convenient, only few minute walk from the old town.
