Dear Dana,Thank you for choosing Myconian Ambassador Relais & Cateaux and for your time to post this review.We wish to inform you that our hotel's unique location provides to our guests the opportunity to have easy access to four different beach areas all within walking distance and access to two of the most popular beach bar restaurants on the island; Scorpios and Nammos, whereas Mykonos Town city center is only within 15 minutes driving distance.For such transfers our Team can always assist with private taxi transfers with the rate depending on the destination and number of passengers or assisting with car rental services since we provide complimentary vallet and parking service at our property.Please also note that there is always the option of the public bus which runs daily, connecting Platis Yalos area with Mykonos Town city center.As a Relais & Chateaux property we are very proud of our cuisine representing local Greek mediterranean taste with seasonal ingredients of the finest quality. We are also happy to receive numerous positive reviews on our dishes from both inhouse and outside visitors of our restaurant. We are truly sorry to hear that your personal taste was not satisfied.Regarding your comment on our Front Desk Team we wish to remind you that the officer asked kindly whether you wish to add a tip for the Reception Team in case you were satisfied from their services.
