"Superb service and very helpful staff! I misplaced my engagement ring and I realized it just minutes before checking out. I panickedly looked everywhere in my room and my belongings But didnt find it. I was so stressed and needed to catch the bus for my early flight. I went to the receptionist and reported the issue. He attentively listened to me while I rambled. He assured me that he will informed his manager that morning so they can block off my room. After a few hours, I called the hotel and spoke to Frida. She knew exactly why I called and promised to call me back after they searched my room. Not long enough, She called me and gave me the Good news that they found my ring. She also offered to send it to me via registered freight at no charge."
