Okej, men inte mer
Fin strand men lång backe till rummet. Personalen under frukosten var oengagerade, men var glada när de t ex såg turister som de kände igen. De glömde ofta vad vi hade beställt och hade ingen kommunikation. Om jag t ex beställde kaffe missade de ofta det, man fick ofta påtala det. Ingen kommunikation. Ofta var det så att de frågade vad jag beställde, istället för att fråga varandra. Vi fick upprepa oss. Helt okej ställe, men inget för den som söker lyx. Fåtöljer i rummet luktade kiss och tyget var inte obyttbart. Svagt wi-fi i rummet.

En bit av paradiset!
Mycket vackert hotell. Vi hade ett fint, mycket rymligt rum med stor terass, sovrum och kombinerat vardagsrum/kök. Köket var fullt utrustat. Bekväm säng och stor TV. Och en stor garderob så man inte behöver förvara alla sina kläder i resväskan! Trevlig personal och god mat (speciellt på Upper Deck) och drinkar. Stranden var trevlig med tillgång till tre barer/restauranger. De flesta vattenaktiviteterna ingår. Flera pooler finns på området. Fräscht gym och fina tennisbanor. Enda negativa var det dåliga vattentrycket i vår dusch. Men det gäller inte alla rum. All inclusive rekommenderas.

Great property great views. Services is very good. There is a renovation in progress and rightfully so since some rooms are showing where and tear. Beach Area is very good. Make sure to take advantage of the water sports Center!! The properties extremely hilly take advantage of the shuttle if you don’t want to walk up and downhill.The shuttle runs 24 hours You sure to take advantage of the hotels catamaran to the waterfall and mud baths

The property and the service were impeccable. The resort staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and valued; and they genuinely seemed happy to do so. We had a chance to visit 3 out of the 5 restaurants on property, and the food at each restaurant visited was excellent. We woke up each morning happy to jump on the shuttle to head down to the breakfast buffet for an exquisite breakfast spread. During the evenings they offered a great variety of entertainment by talented local artists/musicians. The only downside which has nothing to do with the stay per se but location, is if you are looking to get around to visit local food spots etc.it is not walkable and requires a taxi.

Gorgeous property, amazing amenities however food and beverage was expensive as we opted out from the all inclusive. The taxi’s were very expensive around the island and traffic was terrible so you need to be strategic to pick up your groceries and time of travel to avoid traffic. Would definitely stay again, just being mindful of groceries and traffic.

Wonderful resort in St. Lucia. The rooms were spacious and clean, and while they weren't brand new, they were in a perfectly good condition. Beach: Excellent beach with lots of things to do for kids and teens, including a water slide, large water trampoline and a water platform for relaxing or jumping off of. There's some seaweed in certain areas but it wasn't typically an issue. Food: Excellent breakfast, with fresh fruit (covered, no flies), as well as plethora of other options including an omelet station, crepe station and much more. Lunch was also great, with options such as calamari, shrimp, fish and more. Dinners were always paired with excellent live music including live guitar, piano, steel drums and more, and often also had live singers. If you appreciate music, you will appreciate having dinners at Windjammer. Staff: The staff was always nice and polite, and we had multiple calls to the room to make sure that everything was going well. Villa Location: The one negative, which was a positive for us, is that most of the villas are high on the hills. That means you either have to be in good shape and walk up a lot of hills and stairs, or you have to take the free resort shuttle that's readily available. We chose to walk, which helped to stay in excellent shape throughout our stay.

I enjoyed my stay, I came here during the carnival in July and everything was amazing. My room was clean, and the balcony looking at the beach was beautiful. The lobby and staff were all amazing, kind and very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again in the future when I come back in the future. My experience was lovely and the food on the resort was great as well.

Pros: Excellent food. Lots of choices and delicious Resort is beautiful and well maintained. Very clean Beds were very comfortable Beach is small but nice, lots of comfortable lounges No beach towel check-out Pools were warm and clean. Kids congregated in the main pool but the two other pools were quiet The staff is very friendly Cons: Drinks were not good. Sodas were flat, Jammers served weak drinks, too sweet. DragonFly had the best drinks. Drink pricing was confusing. Some bartenders said Patron was on the all-inclusive while others (and the book) said they were not (we were not charged). Some glasses of wine were charged because they said we didn't specify House Wine Housekeeping is lacking. Some days 2 towels some days 4. Sometimes they left no water bottles. They didn't sweep until the last day so had to brush sand off feet before getting into bed. We put a towel over the bathroom window because the shade wasn't private but they kept taking it down No evening entertainment except someone singing in each restaurant. No dancing. No casino. No shows. Ocean has lots of rocks and grass. We had floats to keep our feet off the bottom thankfully The resort in on a hill so if you don't like to hike hills, don't go. Shuttles are limited Recommendations: You absolutely need to make dinner reservations before arrival or you will be left with 9:00 PM dinners You need to reserve your beach lounge chairs right away upon arrival or you won't get one

Overall we had a fantastic stay at windjammer. The beach is amazing, the people are nice, and the food was surprisingly good. However - there’s some room for improvement. Pros: - incredible location, and beautiful beach - good restaurants. Better than what we expected from an all inclusive place - spacious rooms with amazing (!!!) views - mostly friendly and welcoming staff. Kizzi, Karen and robin in particular were stellar. - lots of amenities without feeling like a giant resort. Small enough for you to get to know staff etc - calm and family friendly vibe Cons: - rooms were big and decently appointed but could do with a renovation. Our bathroom tub was cracked, our showers lacked water pressure, and the furnishings were cheap and without much soul. - their internal records seem to be a total mess. This is something they really need to work on. When I called to book an airport pickup 2 weeks prior to the trip, they told me our trip had been cancelled. Took them a few hours to sort out and find the reservation again. And while we were there, everything from restaurant bookings to bookings of beach chairs etc was totally chaotic and included multiple instances of double bookings etc. it became a running joke for us and several other guests who were experiencing similar issues. Things almost always got resolved in the end, but it wasted a lot of time and effort for all.

The resort property was beautiful and we loved that it’s right on the beach and had multiple pool options. The Ocean view from our room was also stunning! Check in took a long time, which after a long flight and 1 1/2 hour drive from the airport, was disappointing. They give a lot of info at that point and it would be better if explained in a welcome package because we weren’t in a place to take all that info in. Orientation was helpful but I wished more was explained I.e. renting beach chairs, where pools are located, etc. rather than promoting the shops. Food was…fine. Breakfast buffet is really good but the lunch and dinner options always left us a bit disappointed. Not that we thought it would be amazing Indian, but the Indian restaurant doesn’t include rice with their entrees and the naan is more similar to a tortilla. That said, staff are all so kind and helpful no matter what role they are in. My ocean view room was nice on the surface but I didn’t expect the outdoor shower and toilet. There was also a water leak in our room so we had to place a towel down every day to avoid slipping. We didn’t complain about it to staff, just dealt with it. The common areas are nice and they have everything you might need throughout the day. We had a couples massage and both my husband and I loved it. The staff remembered it was our honeymoon and they prepared a cake and custom drinks for us after our massages. Lastly, the cats and dog on the resort are also adorable!

Paradise found. Everything is self contained and available at this fabulous resort. The service was extraordinary! Fun activities, awesome spa and they build a sense of community that welcomes you. It feels small but really holds lots of people many of them have been coming here for 10 years. The views, rooms, food choices, activities are diverse and there is something for everyone. Most places also had great live music at night. I’m sure we’ll be back .. highly recommend

This was the best vacation. It is unique in it is located in its own cove and feels private. At the same time, it is big enough to offer everything you need without feeling like a big hotel or condominium project. It was really lovely, and the staff was great and appreciative.

The staff is what makes this resort worth the stay! The resort is on a beautiful setting, small, but nice beach. Again, can't say enough about the staff and their friendliness! On the downside...quite removed from Rodney Bay and Casteries...the Taxi situation is quite expensive for each trip to any other area.

We liked that the water sports were all included in the All Inclusive Plan. Food, cocktails, wine, beer was all very good. Our Hilltop Villa was lovely with beautiful sunset beach views, bigger than expected and had a kitchen and laundry room included.

Truly a world class resort. We had a fantastic stay with top notch service in a beautiful location. I cannot recommend this resort enough. My one recommendation to the resort would be to have more entertainment in the evenings, if possible! There was a fantastic singing trio on the Wednesday evening we arrived, but we were bummed out that it was the only time we would have seen them during our stay. I am hoping to come back to the Windjammer again.

This is a great property. Staff was super friendly and dressed extremely well. Beach was raked clean every day. Lounges, umbrellas, clean towels and beach games. Very nice dive center and excursion center. We booked a zip line tour and snorkeling trip to Pitons, with a mud bath. Food was excellent in all the restaurants. We decided to rent a car and drive there from the airport which was a mistake. Google maps doesn’t have a clue how to get you there on main Hwy. It was a major concern on return trip. The roads are filled with potholes and we got a flat. The head of facilities Richard Mark took it upon himself to draw us a step by step map and turns to get back the correct way. Nothing what Google showed and his was perfect. Thank you Richard. I would go back and highly recommend this resort.

Private resort with a private beach. Staff was world class some of the best ive ever experienced. The rooms are spread out on a hill with amazing views but all the amenities (except papa dons) are down by the beach requiring a shuttle ride or long steep hike. Shuttles going back up to the rooms were pretty easy to get but getting rides down was more difficult. Our phone in the room didn't work the whole time we were there so I had to call down with my cell and a lot of times didn't get anyone to answer from the front desk. We were surprised at the number of families there with small children. It is a great resort for them but being a couple with no children we didn't realize it was such a family resort. Overall it wasn't for my wife and I but it is certainly a very nice resort.

The spectacular beach front and pools made for a great resort experience. I like the availability of kayaks, paddleboards and sailboats without additional fees. Their breakfast buffet that was included had extensive choices and great food. The rooms were a bit dated and while not great were satisfactory. I would avoid the upper deck restaurant as it was pricey and not so good.

Our family had an amazing stay at Windjammer Landing! Such a beautiful resort, so much to do, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Many thanks to our wonderful embassador, Karen, who went out of her way to make sure we were always well taken care of. Miguel at Papa Don's restaurant was such a fun and friendly waiter, he was fantastic. Thanks also to Marvin the tennis pro for totally making my teenage boys' day with a great tennis lesson to try it for their first time! They were hooked for the rest of the vacation :) The food was beyond amazing at all the restaurants with lots of selection. We cannot say one bad thing about Windjammer, it was a wonderful vacation!

The food was unbelievable. So much variety and really good quality. Usually I am unimpressed with food at resorts but this was shockingly good. The service was fantastic. My room was on the hill but it was an easy walk down and the shuttles were always available within minutes if I required one. I also used the babysitting service which was great and allowed me and my husband to have some one on one time. Would definitely recommend!

Best place I ever stayed at. My very special thanks to Esie(front office) and Richard for their help for upgrading to a room at Hibiscus line (313B) from room 142B, which was very poor value for the money and deceptive advertising. This definitely made my stay wonderful Greate location of resort with beautiful private beach The staff is very friendly and helpful,everyone was so nice and kind. SPA days (Stephanie in particular) were just amazing. Food was greate. Each restaurant has a live music Do not miss the performances of Ronald "Boo" Hinkson, one of the best jazz guitarist. Visit Travel office (Ms Kizzit). I was delighted with the tour Sea Trek- Helmet Diving It was so fun. So, I have never experienced a resort this wonderful. I loved this place and will likely come again.

My mom and I stayed at the Windjammer for her birthday and we only have amazing words. Every single person we spoke with was kind and so helpful. We truly couldn’t be more grateful for the experience and memories they left us with. The manager by name of Lenton (I believe) was so sweet to us! That gave us a lasting impression. We travel quite a bit around the world, 4-5 times a year and we can say that we never received this type of customer service before, ever. No other resort will ever do Windjammer justice for that. Thank you all.
