Have to say this was terrible experience for staying at this ‘‘LUXURY HOTEL’’
Parking definitely is a huge pain and what’s more upsetting was that hotel staff provided unaligned info and it took more than 1 hr for us to settle down and check in
Hotel reception said that duty manager would come and explain the parking issue.No one approach to us.And reception didn’t mentioned any breakfasts info till I further called and checked.Room WiFi showed need to be paid for until I make another call to clarify.
Location and facilities are quite good to be honest, but I do think the service level did fail to Mandarin Oriental brand
