Affordable hotel with good location
The reception is only staffed certain part of the day. Interestingly welcome. The keys in the envelope with the guest's name, glued to the entrance door. We hope for honest people :-) The room large, modern, clean with good design. During the daytime quiet, but in the afternoon and the night becomes the hustle and bustle. Earplugs recommended.

Snyggt hotell nära nattlivet.
Ett trevligt hotel med fräscha rum och centralt läge. Stort rum med välutrustat kök. Dock var en del lampor inte fungerande. Sängen var bra, wifi fungerade bra och inredningen var snygg. Den enda nackdelen var att det låg en bar i huset som spelade hög musik långt in på natten. Men om man inte är känslig för musik, eller vill vara ute och roa sig är detta hotell att rekommendera.

This is not a Hotel, it's apartments. Good ones.
This apartment hotel is very nice. It's clean and fresh. I especially enjoyed the big balcony with trees and flowers. The service was also good. Even on shabbat they came to separated our beds.

Comfortable and clean.
Nice stay overall. It’s the second time we chose these apartments for the price & value. Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. Leaving that aside, it’s a good place to stay. Easy fast check in / out, comfortable and clean.

There is nothing about “Designed” about this property, is just a ran down building converted in small rooms. No elevators and hallway are extremely hot. Room does not have any closed or any furniture to put clothes on. No soap, Kleenex, coffee, only the bare minimum.

Ok for a short stay
Apartment was in a proper condition. It would be good if it had a closet though. Also, for some reason (never explained) our room wasn’t made after the first night. We stayed there for three nights.

Nice space, dated. Not comfortable, because you need to turn on water heater 30 min before go to shower. But perfect location, space and very nice owner compensate that issue. all transportation super close.Will stay again and recommend to my friend

It is a very nice little apartment hotel in a neighbourhood that really comes to life after sundown, lots of restaurants with outside seating etc. However, there is a huge street outside which is very loud and also pretty dangerous for pedestrians (we saw cars running red lights at HIGH speeds multiple times). The neighborhood is very nice, however it is also apparently not super duper safe (AFAIK its not crime that should affect tourists, though). It's within walking distance of the train station, german village, bahai gardens, all the important sights. I enjoyed my stay there, but sleep was not great (because of the loud street).

Excelente custo benefício.
O estúdio era impecável com tudo necessário para preparar um bom café da manhã, um ar-condicionado funcinando perfeitamente, cama confortável, boas toalhas. A única coisa que poderia melhorar é a mobilidade do chuveiro, pois da forma que é fixo dificulta um pouco na hora de lavar o cabelo, pois a direção da água vai direto pra porta. A localização é ótima bem próxima da estação central de trem e com muiras opções de transportes a volta. Super recomendo.

Friendly reception and the place was nicely equipped. We happened to stay during a Thursday night concert nearby, and the noise from that as well as the 7AM street cleaners did not make for a good night. But that is clearly not the hotel's fault. Important to note that the hotel doesn't have its own parking but there is overnight free parking nearby.

If you hate sofabeds...
We had a lovely stay. When i travel with my kids, its hard to find a double plus twin bed, usually the choices hete are a queen and sofabed, my kids are too big and they complain. So it was very nice tge room had a doubke and a twin and still enough room for a kitchenette etc. At a very reasonable price and perfect location.

Good, but Could be massively improved...
On the whole a positive stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. However I must say that the reason we chose an apartment over a hotel stay was because we wanted to cater for ourselves. The cooking facilities/amenities within the apartment we were allocated were suitable for making a snack but were not suitable to cook a full meal. Additionally some other things were lacking, for example there was an iron but no ironing board and In terms of cooking facilities there was no oven or even a hob only a single plug in portable hot plate. There was no toaster and the utensils supplied were limited and basic. and did not live up to my realistic expectations.

nice apartment at prime location
the location is good, walking distance from the train station, metro, German Colony district, and the tram stop to the inter city bus station is also within 2 mins walk. staffs are responsive to our questions, and very helpful. but two out of the three ceiling lamps out of order. it will be perfect if they are fixed!

About parking , indeed we do not have our parking space in the street since we are located in a pedestrian street in the middle of the city . there are some parking lots some minutes walk distance which are free during the night and at weekends days.

Lovely place. The owner went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. He even gave us a short walking tour of the neighborhood after we checked in.

Good rooms! recommended place, ask for a back room
It is a good and recommended place to stay in Haifa. Just important to know: some of the rooms are Some rooms face the busy street and the bar that is downstairs. Although the owner has double glazed windows, it is advisable to request a back room rather than a street front room.

Thank you Romy for your review. As you mentioned we gave a lot of intention and effort for noise isolating but we are still in the middle of the city with its pros and cons. We advise to super noise sensitive guests to ask for back rooms. Hope to see you back
