Rummet hade ett fantastiskt utsikt högst upp på berget. Det finns en zoo i närheten. Parkering kostar en del. Och det stora Avenue låg en bit ifrån, med alla restauranger och det vackra vyer över templet.

Excellent location and courtuous staff.
Small rooms with a great view particularly of the sea. The corridors have an interesting 70's vibe. The service is very friendly and courtuous. The breakfast is abyssmal, the least good I have experienced in Haifa. The location is excellent with close proximity to all sightseeing of interest in the Carmel area. A free trip to a place of interest in the region is organised each Saturday.

First time at Dan Panorama in Haifa but stayed at Dan Panorama in Jerusalem many times. Nice hotel, good service, typical excellent breakfast, good location, very good swimming pool (and gym). Good value for a hotel of this standard. Would highly recommend.

Location was ok but very noisy . Often local people would meet in the corridor after 12 pm midnight . These people would socialize with loud voice and laugh . No respect for the guests at the hotel that need to rest ! Until someone would tell them to be quiet !!! The breakfast was only good in day one . The managers were not friendly one day I asked for bottle of water and he said you need to pay for it ! The receptionist called and one of the staff brought me water . Mind you my friend and I paid premier price for staying in your hotel . Also the entire walkway corridor was flooded with people Lunderies to dry. The only good thing was a young lady at the reception with long hair she usually worked during a day shift , who always were professional and genuinely helpful .

Dmiterko Alexey…was extremely helpful when we arrived and indeed throughout our weekend! One of us is a vegetarian) and Friday night’s rectangular shaped vegetable pie by Chef Sanjay was out of this world!!….. Wonderful!

The hotel and rooms are in great condition providing comfortable beds and rooms with spectacular views. Only caution is the parking garage seems to have been built for the tiniest of cars. The garage was a tight squeeze but we managed.

The hotel is in a great location, staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The room was ok; only two towels, sometimes wash clothes were provided, no heat controls in the room, no extra blankets, and the bathroom door isn't very private due to glass partition, and the bathroom soaps were not effective in lathering. The views are beautiful.

If you are arriving by car you cannot pull into a space too unload Parking whether free or paid is a distance to drive too Free parking is a short walk from Hotel and easier to access

The hotel seems stuck in the 70s. Facilities not on par with other Dan Hotels we've stayed in (Jerusalem, Tel Aviv). Breakfast Buffet quite limited and slow. Bar staff friendly; restaurant and front desk less so. Separate paid parking under the hotel a bit disorganized. Can't say that I would return

It is very well located, especially the views. Third parking was very convenient although not well marked so locating the parking entrance on the first day was a bit of a challenge. The front desk staff was very helpful. We had a car problem and the Receptionist on duty, Gill, took charge and called our rental company and arranged for emergency service. As this was on a Friday afternoon in Haifa when everything begins to shut down for the Sabbath, Gill's intervention this was especially helpful to us. The only negative was that the customer computer is not connected to a printer and we had to print out our boarding passes. The on duty receptionist at that time was not sure how to do and it took a while to sort things out - but she called for help and the issues was resolved. The breakfast buffets were standard Israeli, over-the-top affairs with a very attentive staff. Overall. I highly recommend this hotel. Norm Weingart Syosset, New York
