Dear our valued guest, Thank you for your recent stay with us. We are sorry to hear that there was a dead cockroach in our room. The reason was the guests staying in the room next to yours left the balcony door opened when they left their room. The cockroach came from the house next to the hotel. We had to use the cockroach poison liquid to spray and killed them. Luckily cockroach in Vietnam is not harmful but anyway it scared you. Thank you very much and best regards,
