Very nice and helpful staff, they helped us with everything: organise transportation from airport, tours, buy stamps and gave a lot of tips where to go and what to do in Hanoi. The room was nice and clean, the facility was spotless and offered everything we needed for our stay in Hanoi.

Price worthy
Clean and nice comfortable beds, not too hard. The area is little bit off, but anyway very near to the old quarters. We missed not having a window in any of our two rooms. Breskfast +++

På de bilder och information som hotels.com hade syntes hotellet vara stort och väl fungerande. Så är det inte i verkligheten! Det finns inget spa, endast ett obefolkat gym. Restaurangen är en trappa ner och utan gäster. Menyn och det som kommer på tallriken är inte överensstämmande . Rummen är små, rena ja, men väldigt störda av trafiken. Hela luftmiljön störs dessutom av denna trafik . Jag flyttade ut tidigare än planerat och vad jag betalt för av dessa skäl. Första gången jag upplevt en nackdel med hotels.com och förskottsbetalning .

Very good hotel!
We stayed for three nights and the room was excellent. The staff was very helpful! The hotel is located in a perfect area. Close to the night market, and the famous lake, and shopping streets. Comfortable bed and fresh bathroom.

Impressive Hotel in Hanoi
Room is glamorous and it doesn't come across as too overwhelming. What really makes this hotel different from the others is the staff. They are all GREAT! They make you welcome and feel like you are at home. They were helpful enough to give us the best places to eat, to go to and to experience of Hanoi. We even got the cheapest tour packages here. Everything is really impressive with this hotel!

Best staff in Hanoi
This is not the most luxurious hotel in Hanoi, and the area is very hectic and bustling. However, the service is by far the best I have experienced in all my travels! The staff, and especially the Customer Service Manager Jasmine, are incredibly friendly and helpful. They basically booked half of all our trip with travels, transfer, lodgings and events. They made sure we got prices we would never have got online by ourselves. When we wanted to extend our stay but the hotel was full, they booked us into a different hotel down the street and sent us there in a cab. Both a service girl and a bag boy accompanied us to the new hotel and made sure everything was in order(!). The staff continued to help us with things even after we had moved out and we parted with hugs when we left. All our best to the staff of L'Heritage!

Lärorikt Intressant.
Valutan var svår att förstå och prissättningen obegriplig.. tex en påse chips kostade mindre i minibaren än ute på gatan. Samma frukost kostade olika varje dag. Ett vinglas likaså.

Otroligt gullig personal. Sviten var stor och fin. Jacuzzin var toppen förutom att varmvattnet inte riktigt räckte till. Bra läge.

Excellent and very friendly staff. Spacious and very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Good location. Extremely clean. Best hotel in Hanoi. Staff booking tour very helpful and attentive. Our room had a very nice and large terrace with views over the street.

The staff was first-rate. The breakfast spread was good & varied, and the views from the roof-top breakfast room were really nice. The location is in the heart of the old district, which is a plus. That means the hotel is an easy walk to sites, as well as shops and places to eat. The problem is the street noise. If you stay in the back of the hotel, there's less noise but also a small window & no balcony. If you stay in the front of the hotel, you get large windows & a lovely balcony, but you hear the cars honking all night -- unless you stay on the 7th floor. The 7th floor front room is really the best bet -- you get a wonderful balcony, large windows, and reduced street noise. You have to pay extra for it, but it is worth it.

Disappointingly shabby. Many comparable hotels in the area with lower rates; many similarly priced hotels in better shape. We were one night and out. Next time, elsewhere.

Was transferred to L'hertitage Diamond. Offered upgraded to Deluxe room whick was great.staff was English spoken polite helpful and nice.very Near st Joseph Church which was magnificent. Walking distance to the lake which near to many eateries n clubbing place. Will definitely recommend.

Nice location, elegant, clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning had many options and was delicious. Only regret was that I couldn't stay longer!

The location was great - the room(s) not so great . We had family interconnecting rooms - whilst the kids room was quite spacious with window & ok bathroom , our adjoinging room smelt damp/musty with no windows ( prob why it smelt damp / musty!) Quite noisy with " echoing " , loud corridors and lots of smoking in rooms ( which permeated the hotel ) even though rooms were Non smoking . Changed our planned return visit to another hotel .

The hotel is great location and convenience in the center of old quarter. The walking street is closeby and all day tours have free pickup form this place. There are some indian restaurants between 5-10 min walk. The hotel also arrange for the Ha Long Bay cruise which was cost effective and also seamless. Kudos to the receptionists that took care of the family trip!

In zentraler Lage. Zimmer war ok , Klimaanlage war laut und alt und konnte nachts nicht laufen sonst wäre es zu laut. Sauberkeit war ok, Badlicht zu schwach, Fön eine erhöhte Gefahr.

The location of Hotel L'Heritage is very central, convenient close to everything. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. We had a nice room with 2 beds in the back, so very quiet. Buffet breakfast very satisfiying, except they did not have espresso machine and I need my espresso or Latte in the morning. I would recommend this hotel which is also not expensive.

The property is beautiful and in a very good location. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that we should go to the sister hotel at a better location. we had not slept and went along with this but soon realised it was not a better hotel at all. We went back several hours later and the wonderful manager upgraded us and arranged for all of our luggage to be collected. Would recommend the hotel but do not let anyone talk you into going to another hotel!

Familie på 5 - rundrejse i Vietnam. Stop i Hanois gamle bydel. Ligger lige hjertet af den gamle bydel. Hotellet fint og rent. Havde booke to værelser med connecting doors. Fungerede rigtig fint. Dog ingen vinduer i nogle af værelserne. Store og fine værelser. Morgenmaden lidt sparsommelig. Begrænset udvalg - men ok.

Excellent service
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillies par le personnel. On nous a demandé ce que l’on comptait faire et on nous a proposé un itinéraire pour le jour même et le lendemain. A chacune de nos entrées/sorties on nous demandait si tout était à notre satisfaction. La chambre était bien mais avec une fenêtre qui donnait sur un mur.

大きな問題の無い無難なホテル
安かったので良かったのですが、期待以上のものはあまりありませんでした。思ったほど豪華さや清潔感が無かったのが残念でした。ただ立地も良いですし、大きな不満と不便はないので、コスパ重視の方にはオススメです。

Unbelievable service
When we first checked in, we were not happy with our room - it had a strong odor and it was very dated. We told the front desk and the manager (Emmanuel) came out. He couldn’t have been more friendly, helping, and understanding. He said this hotel was about to undergo renovations and they would move us to their Diamond hotel. Our new rooms were outstanding and the service was always amazing.

アクセス良好で便利なホテル
そこそこ快適でした。朝食、部屋、スタッフ、サービスいずれも大きな問題はありません。主要観光地や買い物するにも便利な場所にあるのでオススメです。もう少し清潔感があると更に良いと思います。

コスパは良いも思います。宿泊費にひかれて宿泊を決めました。清潔さや快適さも不満の無い程度に泊まれます。周辺のアクセスも悪くないですし大きな申し分は何もありません。
