“A nice hotel with all needed amenities, service-minded English-speaking personell and great location. The location is at the end of the main pedestrian street - and main drag - in Harbin. Breakfast is very nice for Holiday Inn standards in US and the personell was very helpful in booking taxis, visits to ice- & snow festival etc. Later check-out was no issue. Only drawback was that our room was too hot and heat not adjustable (!).”
